It's all public information unless it's sealed for some reason but someone may actually have to go to the courthouse in person to request the documents.

They said Richard didn't turn his discovery answers over ever and asked for sanctions. His response is kind of confusing because there's a bunch of typos/transpositions with who's petitioner and who's respondent. After studying it for a bit here's what I got: he literally just says that he has "several excuses" (lol) and doesn't list any other than saying somebody broke into his house and stole his computer and files. He's filed the shit now and that is enough to prevent the court form entering a sanction.

They also state in there that Ashley and the kid are back in Canada and they've settled everything except for property. The parenting plan is filed but it's sealed, so I can't see how VINDICATED lowtax is in there. Kenneth has continued the trial on account of Ashley's lawyer getting her discovery two days before trial, continuance charged to lowtax. If it's just a property trial they'll probably do it regardless of COVID because there shouldn't be a bunch of witnesses.

Lowtax will be paying to transport the kid. I'm betting she gave him a discount on child support in exchange for a few visits per year so grandma can see Sloan. She'll probably be with Ashley most of the time.
