No known results except that Lowtax was hit for another $5,075.99 in GAL fees that are not dischargeable in bankruptcy. They were specific about that.

to me this says that they only expected this shit to take one day but ended up scheduling a second day at the conclusion of day one, causing it to be more than a month later. If they anticipate multiple days they tend to schedule the days reasonably close together. It happens all the time of course to have unexpectedly long cases, but it still means something about the expectation of simplicity vs how much crap actually has to be sorted through. I am certain that if lowtax's internet shennanigans didn't directly cause this delay it will cause the next one, simply because the guy can't shut his fucking mouth on the internet and each stupid thing he does gets submitted as exhibits for this or that by dana, or at least thats how it goes when a GAL does their job.

Even if she can't plead poverty (I do not see how she pays it on her own without a green card or any income of her own), it's likely Dickard ends up paying it indirectly through any support award she gets, unless he's flat broke by that time, too.

@DragoonSierra the order is that RIchard is the only one responsible for GAL fees. They usually split them around here, so that means that the court was convinced that Low-T had way more money that Ashley way back when stuff started.

It's hard to say what the cause of the August date was unless somebody wants to shell out big bucks for a hearing transcript. (It's could be anywhere between $300 to like $750, it depends on how much was on the record as opposed to bickering in chambers) Usually if they know its going to be a two day trial they schedule both days at the same time, even if they're not consecutive. But, things are still really fucked up from COVID - so its kind of hard to say what happened. It could have been pre-planned, it could have went over, and it could be that something came up in the hearing that made it apparent that they needed to go get more documents to address some hidden/surprise issue.

Also, LOL at "kike lawyers" there are hardly any Jews in the mid-west. Even though they're overrepresented in lawyers I'd say its less than five percent, especially in Kansas City. There are way more in St. Louis, but that whole place is like some east coast hellscape carelessly grafted onto God's own county.

I realize we're just working in hypotheticals here, but one important set of documents could involve selling one's company (or liquidating its assets) in the middle of a divorce. I wouldn't be surprised if the paper trail on that is a mess.

I wouldn't either, but at the same time on 2/11 theres the filing of "Certificate of Service of Non-Standard RPD to Petitioner; Electronic Filing Certificate of Service" which means that they filed a non-standard request for production of documents on Low-T. I cant Imagine that they wouldn't ask for those documents as part of that. Now, that doesn't mean that they got them.

Frankly, Missouri is not a community property state so the company is at least theoretically his separate property because it's way pre-marital. Now there would be all kinds of questions about comingling of assets and her contributions to the company and things of that nature. So, there's probably a big fight there.
