That seems upsetting.

She's saying that lowtax has $200k coming out of escrow and doesn't say where it's from, so we can only speculate if that is the proceeds of the SA sale or not. She also says that he has spent three hundred grand (!) from the marital estate in the last year. She also claims that he testified that he runs everything out of his "business" account and its his only bank account. She's asking the court for an order to prevent him from spending it and saying its part hers.

The other stuff is what it looks like, the outlaw is trying to garnish Low-T because he won't pay GAL fees. there is a 100% chance that Ol' Kenny will be pissed about this.

That's a spicy meatball. I do have to give it to ol' Jeff, I figured he paid $250-350k for the forums. It's a bargain at only $200k! I wonder what he's going to do for his full blown midlife crisis? Most men start going to the gym or take up a new hobby when they hit their early 30s mini-crisis. Jeff could have bought any number of luxury sportscars, a vacation home, a nice 20-30ft boat. He bought a dead gay internet forum for clout and gets yelled at by trannies instead.

I want to put this in prospective for people on the coasts. Cost of living is very cheap here. With half a million dollars in Kansas City you could buy a good house, a reliable used car and still have money left over to live comfortably for five years or more - easily. Shit, you can can buy a small farm with equipment for that kind of money here. Taxes are super low, food and housing are down right affordable, beer and cigarettes are cheap as hell, utilities are very good, and we routinely have among the lowest gas prices in the country. The only way to spend $300k here in an year and have nothing to show for it is if you are gobbling pills all the time and/or have a gambling addiction. Sounds like low-t does both so I shouldn't be surprised.

$300k is an outrageous amount to spend and have nothing to show for it everywhere. Money can go farther in the Midwest, but a normal person has to be trying to spend that kind of money even in a metro city. Lowtax isn't some rich guy with multiple memberships to exclusive country clubs who gets bottle service for him and his friends a couple times a week in between $10k a plate charity galas. He's pill addicted whitetrash who lays in his basement and orders in overpriced takeout.

I agree that even in the most expensive town it'd be outrageous. But I guess my point is that even if he were going to the club every night (which we know isn't because he's always on the computer) he's probably doing even more pills than is commonly thought to even be able to blow that much cash. I mean shit, he probably spent at least what, half or a third - of that $300k on drugs? That's a lot of fucking drugs.

How much would you estimate he’s spent on R. Scott Richart to date? I mean Richard retained a superlawyer and filed what surely was going to be a slam dunk divorce petition and look how splendidly it’s been going for him. And for the record, I have no reason to doubt that Richart is doing the very best he can with what he’s been given.

I'd imagine his lawyer bill is in the
$20-30k range, but it's hard to know. Richart probably charges around $4-500 an hour, and it seems like things have been pretty contentious so he's probably billed a lot of hours. It kind of depends a lot on unknowable stuff, like how much low-t calls him.

I haven't looked at this too in-depth, but is the implication that he "spent" the money, or just that it left his bank account? Because I can think of several ways to make $300k disappear, though most would end the same way (with him getting caught, and possibly charged with a crime).

I mean it's possible it's all in mason jars full of cash in Mama taxe's backyard or something, but it's not actually alleged. They said that he spent it all, but there's no real details on what he spent it on or how
