You have to pay for them. Fucking jews, putting items in a game to promote the real stuff, except to wear the fucking virtual advertisement you have to pay for it, too.
No one even bought them, most of them just bought the balloon. All of the hats like cheaply made from Blender anyways.
Oh boy. The last time I played that game, sponsored hats were either free, attainable through completing "challenges" (other than stealing your dad's credit card), or a handful of tickets.
They removed Tix years ago.
