No it is just him pointing out a flaw of democracy, a form of statism. Just because libertarians dont like democracy doesn't mean they like authoritarian governments better

Im not really sure what situation you are talking about. Selling kids is the same as putting them up for adoption just for money and it seems worse to force parents to take care of kids they cant afford. As for child prostitution it isnt like we dont have that problem already where kids get raped.

Rothbard wanted no voting at all. While democracy is the best form of governement it is still statist by letting the majority impress its will on the minority.
