Before I even begin this thread, if you want to throw hate speech about drag queens or LGBTQ around in here then please make your own hate thread about it and vent in there. This isn't meant to be a place to talk shit about people's life choices, just their choices on Drag Race.

On to the actual content...............

This was released a couple days ago but I didn't have time to make a thread about it, even though I wanted to. Super stoked that Vanjie is going to be back but I'm a little shocked that they're not trying to direct the season towards her winning like they tried to do with Eureka. I'm also MIND BLOWN that Soju is the first out, compared to others.

My current favorites are definitely Brooke Lynn Heights and Nina West (although I "sort of" saw her getting to the top as the comedy queen). I'm on the fence about Kahanna Montrese. The others I'm like...meh, we'll see. Need to wait for the introduction videos to form more of an opinion on them.

Your opinion is valid and I'm not going to try to argue against you as I'm aware that this is a place to talk shit on people. However, I know that there are other threads that are used to specifically talk about a movie, tv, or event and that's what I'm trying to do here. I don't really care if you wanna read/shade/talk shit on queens for what they do on the show or in their daily lives, but I'm not trying to create a thread to bad mouth people for wanting to change their gender or change their identity. That's all I was trying to get across with what I said at the top.

And yes, I'm a new member and aware that there are rules that I don't know about yet. Once I was told, I fixed it. All I can do is not make the same mistake again.

I'm fine with LGBTQ and guys that want to cross dress. A show about competing cross dressers just sounds like the most boring inept thing you could ever possibly watch. Like unless you're kind of a dick and just watching to laugh at crossdressers that's at least understandable and I get it, I imagine even that would get old after like 2 episodes. Spending hours watching a shit version of Next Top Model sounds pretty awful, and I would rather watch anything else.

Instead of a crossdressing modeling show, they should just take a bunch of crossdressers and have them reenact movie scenes, that'd be a lot more entertaining.

Any other queers out there watching this? The first episode seems promising drama-wise, but the talent show seemed a let-down talent-wise. I'm really happy with the assortment of queens this season, and am rooting for Valentina, Manila, and Monique.

Would love to discuss this show here rather than r/RuPaulsDragRace with all the censorship And unlike this other fag, I don't care if you shit all over LGBTQQAAII2LMNOP+ people/culture or whatnot. We're messy fucks.

First you watch it because it's weird, then you find people you want to see fail and/or win and you're hooked.

It also has some top-tier cringe. Like a wife forcing his soon-to-be husband to drag for their wedding who's clearly extremely uncomfortable with it and ends up melting down.
