Ok, but I find it scammy to make people pay for a "degree" in a field where it's not required. Like CNA certificates, for many years these were fields that people were trained and paid on the job to learn and do or high school votech training provided for free - until the predatory profit and non-profit orgs decided to take advantage of federal student loan financing and sell such training as "degrees" to speds like Russ and unemployed ppl up at 3 am watching infomercials about the new & exciting careers awaiting them.

That is fair enough, though it is worth noting that while a paralegal certificate or degree is not required per se, pretty much no law firm is going to hire somebody with just a high school diploma. Hell, I know plenty of people with a JD working as a paralegal because the legal economy is such shit. Literally every other paralegal I've ever known has had some sort of certificate or degree, save for one friend who worked for a solo practitioner and was a nepotism hire (working for his uncle).

I don't interact with him on a daily basis. His hygiene is not that bad. He doesn't smell or anything as far as I can tell, just dresses poorly. I saw him with a haircut recently. People get used to his slurping after a few days. I think he mostly slurps when his head is down, like when he is looking down at his phone.

An associate's degree in paralegal studies is a legit degree for someone like Russ. Theoretically it's honest enough work that he could do despite his face. He's probably burned all his bridges to do that kind of work in Utah, but it was a good path to send him down for his parents.


Being Russ, he thinks it's an amazing accomplishment. In reality it's an associate's degree from an institution designed for Mormon people not smart enough to get into BYU or it's affiliate campuses.

He is fairly new here. I'm guessing 7 or 8 months. That Geico/Costco job update on FB was to throw off his Internet 'friends'.

I am not sure the people he reports to are aware of his online creeping on instagram and facebook but they are aware of his lol suits. I let a few women coworkers know about his online creeping, thanks to kiwifarms. I am positive at least most of the women at work know.

Like I said, his online creeping doesn't come up at work often and he does not openly creep on women at work. He is careful not to attract attention and lose this only job. He talks to a couple of guys who I feel like are humoring him for the most part when it comes to his lolsuits. As expected, he is oblivious to this and thinks they agree with him or see his viewpoint regarding the lol suits.

I came to know about his housing troubles on Kiwifarms. I overheard him making a couple of phone calls inquiring about apartments but I don't know whether he is moving or to which place. I don't think he has church connections anymore. The only family member of his that I have seen is his adopted sister. Maybe, she found a place and vouched for him.

I'm really glad KiwiFarms is serving a noble purpose of warning people about the real Russ, particularly people who live in SLC and any co-workers. I also take petty delight in the fact that Russ will be super paranoid now that someone from his workplace is aware of his BS (has warned other co-workers) and has posted here.

I'm sure there are several co-workers who get a good chuckle about Russ detailing his legal dramas of suing women who won't jump on his dick. Found a old homework assignment from Russ's glory days at LDS business college. Looks like he couldn't be bothered to put 10 minutes of effort in on a homework assignment about mediation but good lord he did a whole presentation with dance routine for AGT. Priorities! (I'm also guessing he probably got a passing grade on this cuz of his disability.)

So Russ works in a mailroom, which implies a relatively big company. Does he work alone or is he side-by-side with others? Is his job delivering mail to offices-(and presumably, admin assistants?) or are there just cubbies he puts it in?

He's lax with his hours on the job, but does he show up on time?

Any clue why he wouldn't just go to the gym after work and do his changing there? Doesn't make sense for him to go back to his job after working out just to change. Is he trying to show off his workout routine?

So he eats junk food and leaves messes behind. He used a room presumably for women to pump breast m.ilk and dirtied it up. (Why would pregnant women need a special room otherwise?). So he's a slob and wears worn-out clothing but is groomed. Is his workspace clean and organized? Does he have a work-issued laptop/desktop?

When his sister shows up, do they go to lunch, or is she giving him a ride? Trying to figure out why she'd just go to his workplace for no reason.

Yeah, we've known about that for a little while MM. He registered the business but was then blocked from continuing with his plans to open a brothel on the basis prostitution isn't actually legal in Utah. That's what lead to him entering his legal challenge to try to legalise brothels.

You'd have thought someone with Russell's advanced knowledge and grip on the law might have known that prostitution was illegal in Utah and you therefore couldn't just go about registering a brothel as a business and not expect any problems. But that's Russ I guess!

He comes back from the gym to show off and also I think to catch the bus to get home. The bus stop is nearest to work. He leaves his gym bag (the briefcase seen in the court video) at work rather than carry it to gym.

Assuming we care to extend him the benefit of the doubt - not that anything in his past suggests we should - then I'd say this is actually sensible. Remember that to file a lawsuit, you need standing. That is, he needs to show that he is specifically and uniquely harmed by the law he is challenging. That is much easier to establish if he's tried to incorporate a brothel but was stopped as a matter of law than if he argued that he had a speculative interest in opening a brothel.
