It's too bad that COPS is off the air. Makes me think how (very likely) and hilarious it would be to see Russ taken to county lockup over a hooker.

There was an episode where vice unit did a sting in Vegas on the strip. They posed as a married couple looking for some fun through an escort agency listing in the phonebook. Granted, they were nailing hookers, but they did do reverse stings on the johns in similar fashion. You just know if that's still going on, that greasy gourd would wind up becoming another hilarious may may all over the internet.

And anybody who sees his mugshot and isn't familiar with the Russ lore will probably think he is either a) drunk b) tried putting up a fight and got his mouth broken.

I'd be pissed because I'd have to spend my savings on a lawyer with no hope of seeing that money again because some butternut headed stalker wants to sue me because I wouldn't do what he wants.

That's why Abraham was going to countersue. The minute someone stands up to Russ and tells him to cut the bullshit, he wilts. Swift's lawyers didn't bother the first time because he sued in small claims court. The other two times he couldn't even serve them so it was moot. He expected to walk out of the AG trial with a check and was livid he had to pay legal fees. He kept referring to it incorrectly as a fine. He hates being held accountable for his actions.

Maybe so, but I'm surprised the bits of Nevada that I thought had a high Mormon population are more open to legalised prostitution than what could best be described as a wretched hive of scum and villainy.

Las Vegas was actually settled by LDS pioneers/settlers as a stop on the California Trail as they moved from Utah westward. Ever play Fallout: New Vegas? That's why there's the "Old Mormon Fort" there. There's still a sizable LDS community there. In fact, towards the end of Howard Hughes' life he would only have LDS businessmen working for him because he believed they were more trustworthy than anyone else, so they ended up running much of his business interests including his casinos.

Yes. The bigger problem is that he filed the suit in Utah, then moved away and changed his address to Nevada. His lawsuit already had plenty of holes. This, to the best of my knowledge, added another huge one.

This may be an act of startling foresight on Russ's part. We know he gets fired a lot, and moves to be closer to his job, so maybe he rented a PO Box so he wouldn't have to update his address with the court after every move.
