You really get a feel for just how stupid he is when you read that latest legal filing he authored. He's treating the court like his own blog or something. Baffling, completely baffling. I can't believe someone actually submitted something like that to a court. No surprise he thought KEYTAR + RED SEQUIN JACKET + HOPPING AROUND = WIN.
I doubt that he'll eventually "snap" and do something terrible like some other farmers suspect. Reading his legal shit helps you understand just how spineless and whiny he is. He's also pretty stupid. He'd be most dangerous as an arsonist, but I don't think he'd be able to do that competently. You see, even if the tard grows a pair and finds the will to do something noteworthy, his complete absence of common sense will fuck him sideways in the end anyway. I think the pipsqueak is probably quite harmless both now and in the future.
He should always be watched though, in case I'm wrong. You can't say for sure either way in his case, can you?

@Constellationzero has said that the dean or whoever was in charge of that 4th-rate business college probably sat Russ down and told him he wasn't very good at paralegal studies. I'm sure he tuned them out just like I'm pretty sure someone has tried to tell Russ songwriting isn't his gift and he should put his energies elsewhere. You know that passed through the void of his head without ever being considered. Funny for us, but I wonder if he'll ever give up trying to use shitty songs to get into celebrity women's pants? He'll never admit he's bad at it, he'll just decide the world can't appreciate his genius and move on to something he's equally bad at since he refuses to admit he's not perfect.

I honestly can't comprehend him thinking that a video of him jumping up and down with a Walmart-brand keytar, while wearing Goodwill slacks, "made in China" blue sneakers, and a red-sequined jacket is going to win on America's Got Talent. He'll probably not even make it past the 1st round of auditions, and the best he could hope for is that he appears on TV in one of the outtakes where they highlight some of the worse performances just to get laughs from the audiences. (So I'm confused if he really believes he has a shot at winning, or basically knows he's going to be given the boot, and doesn't care since it'll provide him another opportunity to sue for something bogus).
Not to mention that he doesn't even bother to shave or get haircuts, even in the photos he uses for his music profiles - the nasty hair and beard is one of the most 'hobo'-looking things about him.
Given what we know, he fully expects to get on the show and win. He doesn't bother to update his wardrobe, or shave or get his hair trimmed because he doesn't think he needs to. He's done what he thinks he needs to do, and that should be enough. He wants special treatment no one else, including other disabled people gets.

*Doesn't get haircuts, doesn't wear anything other than Goodwill clothes, doesn't bother to dry clean his only suit.
*Brings gifts to his "dates" such as dollar-store Valentine's day balloons, wilted Walmart flowers, and a $5 Starbucks gift card and thinks they should be impressed.
*Doesn't even bother to use photos for his website or music profile other than the grainiest low-res cell phone pictures, doesn't even bother to shave or get a haircut for the photos he uses on his music album.

I'm curious if Upstairs Stripmall Business Collage for the LDS "Gifted" required hours of field work/clinical experience. Legitimate Education tracks as well as Nursing/Pre Med do. For example, if you were either a licensed teacher or working on your Type 9 (Administration), you might take one or two classes for ELL. Clinical hours with that require going to a public or private school and completing a project or practice testing an ELL student. Methods Classes and Classroom Management also require hours put in at a school. Many Education majors in MAT or MA/MS will likely have a Substitute Teaching Cert. or work already as a support professional like a classroom Para, bus driver, cafeteria, etc.
It's part of giving the person the tools to pass state exams and/or the GRE along with the licensure exams. Clinical hours gives them the added knowledge and tools to pass the first try. And taking the tests not only costs money, but they are done only a few times per year, so if you fail one, it could be several months before the next available opportunity shows up for re-take.
But I imagine a conversation with Butternut went something like this:

Thing is, he seems to thrive on his 15 minutes of fame. Right now, he has his lawsuits and songs or videos which he sends to celebrities. But if that 'market' ever drives up (such as him getting labeled a vexatious litigant and banned from filing lawsuits, or him losing the money and means to make more songs), I have a hard time believing he'll just fade quietly into the night.
Not to mention the "kill list" which he was arrested for in HS.
Sometimes I worry about some of the cows on this site completely losing it and committing a mass shooting or some other act of terror. What's great about pipsqueak is that everyone's relatively safe if he legit loses it, because he'd inevitably find some way to completely fuck it up.
He's very repetitive. I think he'll shift his sights to another female singer now. He seems to have written Taylor off. When that person's agents reject his song as they're required to, I think he'll file another lawsuit. The only way I can see him trying another approach or getting violent is he's told by someone in authority to stop sending songs to people. I imagine the only people who would do that are either a judge or his probation officer(if he has one, not everyone on probation does). Really though, I think he'll keep trying to send songs to people in the hope they'll make him famous because he's the only person in the history of the human race to think of sending a song to a singer.
Great point but when I read his words... this is the guy that went running to the teacher, "boo hoo, kedsh bein' mean tuh meh.." over the smallest bs, you can just see it. He holds high regard for what he perceives as real authority. Yes, he's also the type to make a kill list. Absolutely. He's also probably incapable of figuring out what to do once a kill list is created. He's also the type that gets caught for making a fucking kill list. How the fuck do you get caught for something like that? It's because he did it on the bathroom wall. He needed the attention. Even if he has the stones to do some dirt, he'll never succeed. He's too stupid and attention hungry.
Think about how dangerous he'd be if he were just 15 IQ points smarter. Six inches taller. That'd put him around 5'9" which is still short to me but he'd definitely be more trouble than he is now. My mom is like 5'10" and even though she's now an old, white lady she could still kick his ass.
Fade quietly into the night? I can't see that happening either. He'll make a fuss and whine, he can't help it. I just can't see him doing something violent or dangerous successfully. He's completely impotent. Powerless. He can only be successful at being obnoxious.

I can understand his frustration- people are cruel, people will look at you and automatically assume you are a r*tard when you have this condition despite it not affecting you mentally. But... Though, I can't imagine how hard it must be when you are a man with Moebius Syndrome considering all the ways it affects could affect you.
