I find it so hard to wrap my head around this shit. He seems to have such a distorted view of the world. He thinks everything he does is god level talented. Then projects that onto the women he stalks. Assuming they MUST have the same opinion. And that since HE wants to be with her then SHE MUST therefore feel the same for him (from emotional telepathy or some shit). He often tries to gift women things. And when they don't instantly suck him off, he gets offended. As if he feels like they owe him something for the gift. Then, when he acts like a creepy stalker and gets rejected, he doesn't understand (or refuses to consider) that his preconceptions could be wrong. So he rationalizes that something else is at play here. "Oh, I know!!!! It must be that she is bigoted toward the disabled!". Then he gets angry over their "bigotry". After repeating this cycle many times, he learns nothing.
This isn't about his disability. This guy could make a blind woman's "rapist alarm" go off from a mile away.
Correct me if anything I wrote here is wrong. I'm pretty new here.
He also seems to exbibit psychopathy (or sociopathy, no way to tell which). As he can't seem to understand the way other people feel. He projects his own emotions onto them to compensate. Which leads to all his misunderstanding. (I'm not diagnosing him. I don't have to qualifications. Just a guess. Take it with a ton of a grain of salt.)

He never joined a support group, he has never shared or even mentioned reading anything from any kind of network or infomative sites, he's never shared a news article about someone else with it, and he has no connections to and has never reached out to anyone else with it. He only wants to use it as a weapon to try to beat others into submission, gain asspats and sympathy, and blame for his failures. Shit, half the time he can't even spell it correctly.
Others have already pointed out, Moebius is the least of this guy's problems. If his only problem was Moebius then he wouldn't have a thread here. He wouldn't have all this legal trouble either. If helping him come to terms with his Moebius syndrome was all this clown needed, I'd say go and help him. Provide relief wherever you can.

The main crux of his disordered life is that he doesn't want an ordinary life. I understand that sentiment, ordinary can be boring. Some of us just need something more than the 9-5 job, white picket fence, 2.5 kids. This is exactly the kind of drive that keeps pushing the whole human race forward. If everyone was always happy with ordinary, we'd still be living in caves and mud-huts. Speaking as a woman, you make a scene and draw a crowd. He looks so deranged and terrifying that it’s literally too dangerous to tell him off.
This is the Lucas Werner effect. Women he leers at often smile and look away. That’s a survival instinct.
Unstable men are dangerous and women have learned that men will kill us for rejecting them. So we have to either create a crowd and make a scene or try to pretend things are okay and then book it.
Russell is far more unattractive and is only 5’5” (I guess?) so since I’m taller than him I’d be more likely to create a scene and assume that would deter him from assaulting me. Lucas is bigger and his eyes are completely psychopathic looking. He never blinks and tends to have weird jaw movements so I’d probably just smile uncomfortably and move on as I feel he is more of a direct physical threat and given what I know about him. I’m not sure why I wouldn’t create a commotion with him but I guess he seems less imminently terrifying. Russell comes across as completely unpredictable and I’d want witnesses.
