How....how would he enforce this? This is magical thinking along the lines of Chris Chan circa 2011. I think Russell may well be 10 IQ points above Chris at best. I keep on waiting for the penny to drop where he realises that celebrities aren't going to even see his book. It will be thrown in the trash along with all the other unsolicited stuff they get sent.
'I'm giving them the book so they can use their celebrity status and get it out there': What? He literally sees celebs as willing pawns for his grand plan. I've said before, this guy has no theory of mind, he doesn't see other people as people. He's utterly selfish and self-centered. Amazing.

Does he think he's going to have physical copies of his book? Because, if so, he'll have to use a print on demand service and pay for it and each individual book, and it won't be done in 7 days.

How can he possibly not see that as harassment? If you sue someone, and then threaten to sue them again, write a book defaming them, and send them 2,000 books to go straight to a landfill, I'm gonna guess that's harassment.
