Russ would be a terrible poker player. He'd have a tard rage if the cards didn't play his way. That'd be his tell. I think Russ was the tard who you'd always let win at Uno because you didn't want the cards all crumpled and torn up because you called him out for not saying "Uno".
It's extremely unlikely. Even in the absence of a statute specifically authorizing it, courts have broad powers to control their own dockets, but rarely exercise these powers to the degree they could.

100% agree. A-log ratings are nothing compared to this. As hellish as the burns themselves may be, they may heal over time. But the nerve damage is the real soul-crusher, and here's an eight-year-old child who may be in constant excruciating pain for the rest of her life. There is pain, then there is nerve pain. The kind of pain that nothing will relieve. At its worst, you can give someone Elvis Presley levels of Dilaudid, and it won't do a thing. And yet she smiles at the other patients because someone may be worse off than she is. That's a level of empathy your parents can't teach you, you need to be born with it.
Then there's Lipschitz here, who may have nerve damage, but it's merely inconvenient, not constant torturous pain with no hope of it ever ending. Yeah, I too thought his treatment of Bailee (and her family) was the low-point, but he just lowered the bar by several notches, and it's only a matter of time before the next episode that makes this seem like tiddlywinks.
