My bet is that he did quit over the bus thing. Here’s how I see it. He was already scheduled those hours and didn’t say anything until he tried leaving to catch the bus. When the manager said he couldn’t leave since he had been scheduled to work the next 4 hours he threw a fit and quit on the spot.

Well how is Rusty going to keep finding jobs when a few months seems to be his limit? You know, I bet he keeps getting hired because people feel sorry for him having that face.
