Probably a mistranslation from the original Article in the OP. I can't read Russian so when I use google translate it says telegram channels where accusing her of being a prostitute but the same article also said she was pregnant which seems to be false.

First off, this obviously is horrible all around no matter what and he made some fucked decisions and is certainly responsible for her death.
That being said, I'm curious:

• How was she unable to get inside somewhere else? Or at least raise enough ruckus to have someone call the authorities? If I was outside, wet, with no clothes, in sub-zero temps, I'm going to be fucking screaming to get into someone's house/apartment/etc. Even if they won't let me in you'd think they'd at least call the cops. I don't know anything about this guy, maybe he lives in the middle of nowhere (is most of Russia the middle of nowhere?)
• How cold was it actually? How fast does hypothermia set in? Would she have been debilitated within minutes, or what?
• When he carries her in, there doesn't appear to be frostbite on the extremities. How do we explain that? If you die from hypothermia, wouldn't frostbite be involved?
• Definitely need a toxicology report. Depending on what she was on, it couldn't have a huge impact on her susceptibility to hypothermia.

These are just my initial thoughts, feel free to counter, research, answer, etc. I will be looking into some of it as well, as I have time.

If they're on the ass, that means they're lowkey gay. If they're on the chest, the dude is "watching over you" or keeping their eyes open. It's also one of the tattoos that isn't forced on the wearer. You could say he's being an edgy poser, but honestly that would only be the case in somewhere like Western Europe, the UK, or America. In Russia you could have your ass beat for wearing mob tattoos without having earned them.
