In a video (in OP) from what looks to be the same location the victim and another girl are drunk and fighting at a small gathering. The guys around them separate them and distance them but at one point the unknown girl charges to attack the victim again. At that point you could clearly see another male drags her away and pushes her towards the balcony.
This (and another situation I may try to translate later) leads me to believe that's what they did when the girls needed to "cool off and sober up".

There are many videos of the victim being so intoxicated she's unconscious and has to be dragged around "Weekend at Bernie's" style. (Which would explain her boyfriend's initial reaction)
There are many evidence to suggest she was either an alcoholic, drug addict or both.

When you combine these two alleged facts, obviously, it would have never lead to anything different.
