Context is, in his SM64 video he posted, he tells a story of how he turned down a chick to watch a speedrun of the game. If I remember right, he has another (suspiciously similar) story of turning down a woman to speedrun during a party then everyone came in and clapped because it was such a well-paced.
He likes to compare losing a record to "getting cucked". He's used this terminology before when justifying his cheating incidents.
What makes this funnier is he's DMCAing all reuploads and mentions of him using "alt right" language.

He's also decided to describe himself as a "volcel," a voluntary (lol) celibate. Also claims he's going to expose the subreddit r/SamandTolki, where most of this drama is sourced, which is the biggest meme of all.

The coca cola thing went on for close to two decades. stupid of me I know. I was also an idiot who didn't brush my teeth often back then. i had about four or five cavities in that time, and my enamel is thin. But none of my problems were REMOTELY as bad as in that image. i tell you this to stress that the level of negligence he has displayed is even worse than it seems
