He's a favorite of youtube commentariers. His videos are basically him talking through his Sailor moon "adventure" dolls and not even attempting to use female voices or quality. He has no job, and uploads several videos a day.

In one video he says he didn't grow up with Sailor Moon, but only got into it when Nostalgia critic named Sailor Moon one of the hottest female cartoon characters.

He literally uploaded several THOUSANDS of videos of him making live acted fanfiction using a monotonous voice while playing with dolls and making other youtube chanels to thumb ups his own videos and cheer himself up (like the "girlfriend" he had who was actually him).
The only reason he has a low profile among lolcows is because he doesn't do much more than what I just mentioned, he doesn't harass poeple nor openly displays really disturbing stuff (like JustinRPG for example).
In fact I think he has a some few autentic (though pobbaly very autistic) fans.

However I havent heard anything about him since almost a year ago so I am not sure if anything has changed much.

Worth mentioning that every time a rant/commentary video on SAILORMOONRED1 is uploaded, CuteChongAlt most likely commented on it in the comments section, bashing Duane, and actually got support from it.

At the very least he isn't makinh numerous videos ranting about his "haters" like he did on one of his previous Sailor Moon accounts. That Hiroshima video leaves me with a "what the fuck" vibe, though.
