I like to think that Jace probably understood what was happening in MGS2 because all the drugs and some how it ended up making make sense to him and that MGS3 straightforward story ending up doing the opposite effect.
He's done Tyce's Jenkem before.
As a gigantic MGS fan I could honestly barely watch him play 3. It made me cringe so much but I still got some laughs from it. Cringe laughed ridiculously hard when The Boss first calls your radio.

I dunno, DSP seems to hate videogames. Jace is impatient, but the immense amount of joy he clearly got from watching the Revolver Ocelot scene and fighting all of the Russians with his knife was really fun to watch.
Exactly, Jace may not 'get' a lot of the games he plays, but he's usually having such a good time when he isn't playing a game segment that isn't boring that it's a real pleasure to watch him whereas DarkSydePhil's just complaining all the time.
Sims 3+Marijuana was enough for one chat message to throw him into a sobbing existential crisis. I can't imagine this being anything short of apocalyptic.
