Sam's has rallied against alot of things... Consumerism, Education, Women, Modernity, Art...etc.
But sexually deviant behaviour, besides homosexualism, promiscuous women or McAfee's scat thing wasn't really part of that.

Sure, you have to pay property taxes, but it's not going to come close to what rent is for the same amount space. Both Sam and Nick have the energy of guys who tried normal wealth accumulation and immediately fucked it up so now they go around just giving absolutely awful advice.
