Yeah I've heard lots of Crisis Pregnancy Centers (what these places are called) will have ultrasounds to try and manipulate someone into not aborting. They try to look like a medical clinic and trick women into thinking they are but they obviously aren't. I hear they'll lie about shit too so it wouldn't surprise me if they had an ancient ultrasound they could purposefully fudge results with. "Options Pregnancy Center" is also 100% the kind of names they have.

CPCs are everywhere in the bible belt and they absolutely prey on naive, vulnerable low-income women. I'm sure one is happy to play along with a sped in the hope she'll send her other white trash friends their way when they get knocked up (so they can convince them not to abort because it makes jesus cry).

Not much help, but I can atleast attest this could just be laziness on the part of the technician. On U/S machines, and similar machines, there’s usually a very annoying non-QWERTY keyboard format to input a patients name that will print with the scan. There’s not much purpose other than intermachine record-keeping (if it even has memory used with it). Ive personally witnessed many newer/training technicians being way too lazy to become accustomed to it, and will just skip the name input unless there will be a complaint. If it’s a free clinic and has a political goal, I could easily see the tech having less patience to input any data before using the machine. If it was a doctors office they’d need a name and DOB to enter it or an interpretation into a patients EMR/chart.

Edit: From the pictures it sounds like a women’s center at a hospital (“UHWC”). Nothing comes up in a quick search though. Seeing as it’s a GE and “portable Ultrasound cart 10” it’s really odd that her name is nowhere on it. To be fair though, it has no name or identification of anyone else though so a lazy U/S tech is still plausible.

These ultrasounds are bizarre. Not only do they look like they were taken with a potato, it's hard to tell if there is an actual embryo, just an empty yolk sac, or a possible molar pregnancy. That bit at the bottom could be an embryo, but it's hard to know for sure. It's probably difficult to get a good image that early on someone of her size with and external ultrasound, but a place called Options probably doesn't do transvaginal ultrasounds to get a clear image. It IS odd that none of her medical information is on there, but if she went to a crisis pregnancy center, they probably just have an old ass bedside ultrasound and no licensed tech or real health record.

Some CPCs will also offer baby good, usually after forcing women to watch propaganda clips. If this one does I wonder if she'll actually use the stuff or just resell it on FB.

A good chunk of CPCs do literally nothing other than try to manipulate women into not aborting. No prenatal care, no baby supplies, no nothing.

Lil twiggy legs and a wide barrel stomach is an uncommon but unfortunately real body type. I think ellen/elliot page is a good example of that body type but they keep themselves super slim so the fact that they were always straight as a board with zero hips/curves of any kind never struck anyone as super odd - much less now that they, well you know.

I'm still not convinced Kim is actually pregnant. Since it's confirmed she's going to a CPC instead of an actual clinic I wouldn't trust any ultrasounds or shit they tell her. Hell I wouldnt put it past a CPC to print out ultrasound pics that aren't even hers so she can LARP being pregnant, which would explain why she keeps posting the same single image.

Yeah that seems off too but again, i wouldn't put it past a CPC. They've been documented doing shit like lying to women about whether or not they were pregnant, so again wouldn't put it past one to willingly enable some sped's LARP. Shit, Queen S herself should get her ass to the same one and do the same thing. Kim shouldn't be able to out fake-pregnancy the original champion.

I think what might have happened is the CPC had that still from a previous client/victim and whether Kim is aware it's not hers or not they've printed it out for her and let her take selfies with it and shit. These places exist to be deceptive so it's not like that kinda thing would be worse than any of the other shit they're doing.
