I outlined the bra in black, but in the red there’s a clear contrast between the bra, skin tone underneath, and then the dark section. It’s either a girdle or she’s trying to look more pregnant than she is.

It’s covering her whole gunt and I can’t really tell if there’s a waistband at the top or not. Right under her bra is a clear area of skin and then it fades into a a dark garment/object. There’s a clear dip for her belly button just under the foot on her shirt so i doubt it’s a pillow or anything, but it’s definitely an undergarment or extremely high waisted pants.
