I will be putting the server down for maintenance sometime on August 16th. Mid-day on August 15th I will make a global site notice with a specific time.
I am setting up a local distribution of Linux and installing the forum software + all necessary modules required to run it, and only what is required to do so. There is a bunch of crap on this box because I've used it as a personal toy in the last two years, and its capacity to handle the growing population has dwindled as a result. Essentially, this is a cleanup.

During the down time (which may be many hours), I intend on setting up and embedding a synchtube or similar service. If you know of a good synchtube website and have a lot of relevant and funny videos, post suggestions here.

- Remove any unnecessary modules from the server by starting over fresh.
- Set up the server in a non-retarded way. We have several huge flaws in the relationship between apache, mysql, and linux.
- Appropriate SHELL access.
What I'd like to do:
- Set up the mail server so admin@cwckiforums.com works again and all staff can have their own @cwckiforums.com email address like I planned, with admin@ and staff@ routing to all admins and all staff members respectively.
- Fix the fucking rule plugin so we can change them again.
