Getting banned from fur-affinity is the best thing that could happen to a lot of these people anyhow. It's cool if the suit causes problems from IMVU or FA, but "ethics in furry porn website administration" isn't the best cause out there.

The reason he has wasted zero dollars on a case is not because he never loses but because he represents himself in court from what I remember of the Battletech case. I have yet to hear of him winning any cases. Real wins, to be specific, not his ever-shifting goalpost "wins".

And that’s the thing to keep in mind — he is a huge blowhard and will claim victory in any case, no matter the outcome.

Aside from the Battletech lawsuit the only other one I’ve heard him speak of was supposedly suing AT&T over being fired from being a help desk agent and I’ve never seen any evidence that it even went to court.

I do hope this FA case does go to court because seeing both him have to explain his inflation fetish, and Dragoneer explain.... well, anything about FA or furry, is going to be epically funny and epic fail both.

He isn't one of these dipshits who submit utterly nonsensical complaints scrawled in crayon on construction paper and then instantly lose. He will exhaust every procedural avenue he has, then appeal it all the way up to the court of last resort, then even there, he will file motions for reconsideration or other such shit.

This site has threads on legal morons galore, people like Maddox and Russell Greer.
