It’s a generic Polish last name with that spelling, like Johnson or something. Given that he’s from the Toledo area (rust belt industrial towns are full of Poles, not so much Jews), I’d wager he’s just another polack.

It would also explain how the hell he built up such an enormous game collection over the past decade

I know he's been at it for years, but some of those games he shows were already going for crazy bucks before he started taking it seriously
