It's probably of note that Sparx chose to incite this drama when most of the staff were asleep. The incident happened at 2 or 3 am, and the Furst State had just wrapped up hosting a virtual version of their New Years meet so were mostly asleep and the staff who were awake were most likely sleep deprived.
