In the year 20XX, war was beginning. The United States were up against North Korea, the lolcow nation. Therefore, the US Army decided to pursue a new military doctrine: Fight lulz with lulz! They decided to organise all internet-famous lolcows into a military unit: The US LOLcow Corps! What if?

Who do you think would be commander? Sniper? Explosives expert? Com officer? etc.

And how would they fight the North Korean troops?

My personal selection:
Commander - ADF (probably knows some stuff about fighting and loves uniforms)
Sniper - Anthos, using his Sonic Scattergun
Com officer - Chris (substituting "MMM yeah" for "Roger")
Explosives expert - A-Log
Hand combat expert - Gloria Tesch
Tank killer - Casey Serin
Propaganda expert - The Amazing Atheist

The chaplain could be Ray Comfort (despite the fact he's from New Zealand).

The social justice warriors, radical feminists and loveshys could be the grunts.

Bronies could be the NCOs.

Fred Phelps and his spawn will be in command of the POW camps (that has to be against the Geneva Convention and constitutes cruel and unusual punishment).

Haiyakain can be a propaganda "artist" or just another grunt (but he thinks hes a ninja or some some shit)

or Chris, TAA, A-log, Nick, Onigojira, and ADF can give in to the will of Nurgle and pledge their allegiance to him and become Plague Marines (though Chris might be extra awarded to Daemon Prince of Nurgle or Great Unclean One) and fight with viral warfare.
