I think it's like when poor white people are racist against better off black people because that disturbs their understanding of the social hierarchy. Similarly a rich black girl with classist upbringing has her understanding of the social hierarchy disturbed when exposed to racist anti-black opinions and responds in the only way she knows how in "I'm better than you because I'm rich" -> "I'm black" -> "Black people must really be the masterrace". Other black supremacists, like white supremacists, just fall into the movements because they need to feel good about something but they have nothing, whereas to this girl black supremacy is more like proving she's the best in every possible way because she was already raised in a fairly spoiled "you are special" manner.
