In September of 2014 I asked Christian a question on Facebook Messenger. To my surprise he politely answered me, and even answered a question I didn't ask.

Chris has no plans of changing his name, and he identifies as either a man or a woman.

You know, I was certain that you'd ginned up that screenshot just for fun.

But when I saw ol' Chris assume that you'd be willing and able to broadcast his message out to the entire world, I realized that it had to be genuine.

One one hand I'm happy that Chris is taking such a reasonable and measured stance on something for once.

On the other hand this gives Chris one less thing to be militant (read: hilarious) about.

Chris's ability to be coherent is entirely dependent on his emotional state at the time. If something has him worked up, he'll go full alien retard. If he's mellow, it will be about the equivalent of talking with a really boring child.

September 2014 was a long time ago. I doubt he feels this way now. In September he was very confused about vocabulary and identity. Recently he's said that he will only respond to someone calling him by female pronouns, and it's clear that he's more committed to "Christina" now.

There's something strangely soothing about seeing Chris react to questions in such a chill, polite fashion.

Wonder what made Christine a more appealing choice than Christina or using the name Christian as a woman.

I wasn't really sure it was worth posting. At the time I remember waiting at first to see if Chris announced this on his own. I also tried to ask him more things afterwards which he never responded to. I just rediscovered it the other day, and I decided to share it here since I never did. I'm sorry I didn't share it sooner.
