That’s just it though, I’ve look through a lot of this and a lot of the contradictions don’t come from the source, it’s either random people with no direct association claiming something and thinking its going to help, or it’s people opposed to the source and making assumptions I haven’t been able to definitively pin to a claim from either Carcin or Sisk.

The only consistent claims have been “Sisk sent nudes to an 18+ only chat room for sending nudes, to which a kid lying about being 18+ was also sending nudes, Sisk and kid hit it off, Sisk found out kid was under 18 and cut it off, Sisk gets charged, Sisk can’t afford to pay all the court fees and pleads guilty to avoid life imprisonment on trumped up charges.”

What I think happened was Carcin had the actual story relayed in the beginning but as time went on and he was feeding clout from it, he decided to get more and more sensationalist with it and not only bolted on other wild claims, but made no attempt at correcting other people making wild claims and assumptions as long as they benefited him.

As I said before I have some experience with working parallel to justice departments on Power Level stuff, so I do have a little bit of insight: knowing what I know of Arizona at the time this was supposed to have gone down, I 100% believe that they would absolutely try to knowingly convict an otherwise innocent person of sex crimes in order to appease political pressure on the subject.

What’s left in question is “Did Sisk know the chick was underage?” and if the answer is yes then fuck her, she deserved everything she got. But if they’re telling the truth and Sisk had no idea and made an effort to cut it off, then she’s an idiot who deserved to eat shit for it, a year in probation and restitution, but not lifetime probation, years in prison, and multiple sexual assaults.

Like I said, if Sisk wasn’t banned from the internet and could advocate for herself, I have a feeling there wouldn’t be as much extraneous and conflicting bullshit around, because Carcin just does not know when to shut the fuck up and if he wasn’t the mouthpiece for her, things might be clearer.

I don’t think so, I’ve read through a bit more of this and of the $40k he raised, a large portion of it went to restitution, and I will absolutely agree with him that the legal system is very much a pay to play game, so needing to suddenly come up with tens of thousands of dollars to afford a good lawyer and other costs isn’t a grift. In order for Sisk to have any hope of getting off probation she’d need to have a good lawyer and have all outstanding court ordered costs paid in full, so that $40k more than likely went to where he said it would go. And the “appeals” thing was never from what I can gather meant to be “we’re going to get her off right now”, it has always been “we’re trying to remove obstacles to helping her get off in a few years after completing all court ordered conditions”.

I said months ago that I spent some time looking over all this shitshow and due to the fact that I will agree that the US Prison Industry is fucked as all hell and a waste of tax money in its current form, and that I have some power level background knowledge of AZ, I would be willing to believe that Sisk didn’t intend to get involved with the teen, who was doing what horny and retarded teens do, and that the arrest was actually because the kid needed a scape goat to get out of kiddy porn charges, and Sisk was the only goat they could find due to her being retarded.There’s numerous instances of similar situations happening, though not commonly enough to warrant not being suspicious of it.
That’s just me though and I accept that it’s an unpopular viewpoint, and I’m 50/50 on it. If she actually did it and her story is bullshit through and through, then fuck her she deserved everything she got. If her story is true, then I’ll call her a fucking retard but hope she’s able to make amends for being said retard, and will agree what happened to her wasn’t fully deserved. My main issue is with Carcin who appears to have used his well-off status to become her life line and use her for clout and to fuel his grifting habits.
