Essentially "homosexual liberation" should be treated as social/individual "freedom" (open expression of the self) as opposed to simply "the right to fuck and marry other dudes"?

I get it, I just think it kinda generalizes things. I don't feel like I need other people to define why I'm attracted to men and what I want an accepting culture to be like.

He really did have issues. But the Maximilian Harden, Adold Brand, Bulow, and Magnus Hirschfeld were ones that brought down the whole court. Not to be Anti-Semitic, but the Jew should have kept his mouth quiet. From the book I read, the Eulenburg scandal caused the Kaiser to replace his military advisor who had more aggressive tendencies, which probably one of the factors for WW1.

The trail also brought homosexuality to forefront of German Consciousness. That changed how males related to each other.

Sorta of, basically that people have the right expression themselves how they please. Ironically, Adolf Brand didn't like the notion of the effeminate homosexual. He wanted a more virile version of male homosexuality to be pushed.

Most Christians won't explain their beliefs about homosexuality unless you explicitly ask them. And in this day and age, expressing beliefs that aren't 100% in lock step with the alphabet lobby is dangerous.

My grandmother escaped during the Hungarian Revolution with a fistful of jewelry and her 6 year old son. I appreciate the warning, but I am well aware of how evil communism is. Not to mention how basically every single communist leader throughout history tried to exterminate LGBT people. No communism is good -- Stalinists, Maoists, Castroists, Marxists, Leninists... it's all the same shit in the end.

And perhaps Twitter wasn't the best example, but I moreso meant the internet as a whole. Most of us want to be left alone and that's it. The ones pushing for Cultural Marxism are not the majority, they're simply very, very loud.

It's interesting how a female author (sure she was a lesbian, but still) managed to write a historical piece on gay like that and let alone on the 1950s. Just she would've been cancelled back then for writing a gay novel, she would've been cancelled these days, given how SJWs incredibly dislike the idea of a different gender writing for another.

Start with Christopher Isherwood and Klaus Mann. Kalus Mann's books are hard to find though. A good starter would be "Christopher and His Kind".

I also find women sexually gratifying, but (this might sound un-PC) more as objects than as people; I find them attractive and visually appealing, but I could never emotionally relate to a woman. Thus I prefer to identify as gay rather than bisexual.

Same with me and scrotes minus the visual appeal really (granted some humans are just better to look at than others). Though I will say less men are sexually gratifying because getting off a dude requires 0 effort. But I stopped sleeping with and dating scrotes a long time ago. Honestly, I realized I only like women around the time in sexual maturity when dudes began to lose their head hair and grow it on their face. They stopped looking cute like girls do. I actually find this belief common amongst us home-of-sexuals. I think the real question is "what sex would you be happiest with for the rest of your life?". I was never happy with men and never saw myself with a man forever. It just always felt wrong and icky.

(Also no, for the inevitable seething trad reading this ,I don't have any scrote related trauma or emotional damage. Lots of scrote friends etc. who know how I regard them.)

Not quite a novel, but the stageplay Bent comes to mind. It was written with Sir Ian McKellan in mind to play the lead.
