Quartering may be cringe, but that’s only because the woke left’s insanity made him that way. These people often say they just want more body types for female characters, but if that were the case, them they would allow for a least one female character to have a voluptuous/womanly figure, but nope. When they say they want "more body types" what they really want is just two and no more; man's body with woman's head or landwhale.

At least in Seven Universe all body positive characters were shapeshifting aliens, so that at least made sense.

People can say what they want about Steven Universe, but we can all agree it is an overall better show than Nu-Ra. The LGBT-relationships are a lot healthier, there was surprisingly at least one episode with a sympathetic conservative character (Andy DeMayo from "Gem Harvest". I have no idea how much involvement Sugar herself had in that episode), you could say their is an actual variety of body-types for the female-looking Gems (one rail-thin, one voluptous and one chubby in the main group) and Sugar understood the basic fact that women have boobs. Sometimes large boobs. And that's perfectly okay.
