I'm honestly surprised the subject of this thread hasn't been posted yet, so I've decided to go ahead and share a young lady who's definitely made waves in the YT community. And probably in her local community swimming pool if she tried hard enough.

Meet Shiann Friesen aka ShiCurves, a twenty years young Canuck with a passion for fashion, food (lol), and shitty Lana Del Rey covers.

But her real specialities that make her a lolcow is her 'storytimes' aka lies.

Here's ShiCurves expose' against those fatshaming bastards at her local WalMart when she was told to not wear a size S Christmas sweater (although in the video she lies again and tells us that it's a mens XL, if you look closely, the size tag is literally 'S/P', small/petite. So yeah).

But her most recent faux pas was with the Vegan YT community and how she basically jumped head first into a diet without consulting a Dr. first. Naturally, once she realized that she was fucking up her body even more even without the help of the King or the Clown, she tried to redact it. Hence a major shit show that induced the wrath of YT celebrity vegan and resident lolcow, Freelee and many others.

Jesus fuck, she must be at least 350 pounds. The amount of effort (and food) required to maintain that weight is more than what would be required to lose it.

Let's say that she's is average height for an American woman (5'6"), her recommended healthy weight is between 115 and 154 pounds, and my guesstimate for her weight is around the area of 350.
This means that if she lost half of her weight, she would still be more than 20 pounds overweight.

Lets also look how many calories it takes to maintain her weight. The recommended amount of calories for a woman of her estimated hight, who lives a sedentary lifestyle is around 1500. Anything more than 1500 causes weight gain and eventually obesity. Now the amount of calories to maintain(and just maintain) a weight of 350 pounds is roughly of 3000 calories.

They say that the notion that clothes need to look good is sizeist and one should not try to hide imperfections, like an enormous gut and fupa, when wearing clothes completely inappropriate to one's size. Instead, they flaunt their VBOs and pretend it's sexy or empowering to look like a sealed tarp full of tapioca. If she posted this outfit in the Tumblr fatshion communities, the "YASSSSS, rock that VBO Miss Thang!" comments would come fast and frequently.

This is the thing that bugs me the most. Teaching fat girls how to dress themselves so that they can have a degree of confidence? Fine. But putting together these stupid "outfits" made up of clothes that don't even fucking fit you? Nope.

I've mentioned a few times that I work in a plus-size clothing store, so I've run into plenty of fat girls that just WILL NOT dress for their size. Like... Delude yourself all you fucking want to but you weigh 400 pounds and you're trying to dress like someone who weighs 150. It's not cute at all.

This girl just irritates me beyond reason. Mostly because it's not that hard to figure out dressing for your size and shape and I can't figure out why the "wear anything u want, clothes that fit r oppreshun" mentality is so prevalent. Anyone will look like shit if they're wearing clothes that are 6 sizes too small, regardless of their body type.

Granted, body images provided by the media are ridiculously unrealistic (because most "celebrities" are all rich idiots with no day job and thus have nothing to do all day but titivate themselves, hire personal trainers, dietitians, etc.), but repeat after me:

Unrealistic and unattainable body images in the media doesn't mean being 30 stone is healthy.

And also, she's not curvy. My STBXWife (size 14, 34D) was curvy and she reckoned she was a "whale" (mainly thanks to reading the Daily Mail website which is full of aforementioned rich idiots with no day job.) Which she wasn't. She was curvy. I don't mean she was fat, I mean she was curvy; she had boobs and hips and a gently pouting belly and nicely shaped bits that went in and out. This bint, though, she's not curvy. She's round.

Which is a pity, because she's got quite a nice face. If she lost about 12 stone, and wore stuff that properly fit her, she'd probably be curvy then.
