I really enjoy how the victimhood market (i.e. "SUPPORT MY PATREON BECAUSE I'M OPPRESSED") has bled out into arts and crafts with these pins.
Pun intended.
A desire to cash in on the victimhood market that has been popular these days. Maybe a quart of tequila too.
Maybe it's trying to get in on the market for things like Giant Microbes, which were popular with science or medical students, but those are actually cute and they're not usually intended as a way to show off the various diseases you have.
