I do a miso soup-
1 cup boiling water from the microwave for 2 minutes
Dash of soy sauce
1 tablespoon of miso paste
And that’s it- although I started putting mushrooms in while I microwave the water and it turned out good so far.
Do you have any good ideas?

I make an American dish called cereal.
I take some cereal and put it in a bowl.

It's good with milk, but as this is a vegan recipe just eat it raw with a glass of water to sip on the side.

Joke aside, vegan is all about prep work. My family have been brainwashed by the health food globohomo Gigajew and if you want good vegan food you gotta make it. Learn to make good bread and you can make pretty much anything and it carries. Don't try and emulate non vegan foods either.

Thai Fried Bananas (Gluay kag)
6 namwa bananas (or 2 very ripe plantains)
⅓ cup shredded unsweetened coconut
¾ cup rice flour
¼ cup granulated sugar
½ tsp salt
½ tsp baking powder
1 ½ tbsp toasted sesame seeds
⅓ cup of water
neutral oil for frying

Combine rice flour, sugar, toasted sesame seeds, salt, baking powder and shredded coconut. Add water and stir until well combined. Peel and cut namwa bananas lengthwise into ¼-inch thick pieces (if using plantains, peel and cut crosswise into 3 equal sections, then slice each section horizontally into 4 pieces). Add about 1½ inches of oil to a pot and heat to about 325℉ (160℃). Dip the bananas into the batter and fry for about 5 minutes, until they are a deep golden brown. Maintain the frying temperature below 350℉ (175℃). When done, drain on paper towels. Enjoy when cooled and crisp.

Asparagus Piminto Soup

1 can of asparagus (16 oz)
1 jar of piminto peppers (4 oz)

Drain some of the water from both items, put them in a blender. When they're all creamy, put it into a pot and heat for a few minutes. Serve with crackers if you're into that kind of thing.
