Those are neopronouns. It's a way to change the way you refer to someone instead of he/she/they but of course they are only to make you feel way more special. A lot of tumblerinas use de xe/nya/elf/vamp/bunny because "uwu I'm special and cute" but this user is in another level. How the fuck you pronounce a fucking emoji?
