Jade rollers don't do anything but give you a face massage, which may help with puffiness. Jade just keeps itself cool when in contact with skin. Any other benefits are unproven.

For preventing them, get some strong insect repellent and take a shower before going out and wear fresh clothes. You want to minimize BO so they can't seek you out so well on top of the repellent.
Exfoliation can be either chemical or mechanical. Mechanical exfoliation is the kind where you scrub dead skin or dirt off of your face. For this, I think ordinary table salt (after a shower) is the best. Remember to rinse well and moisturize afterwards. Rubbing leftovers and foodstuffs on your face doesn't really do anything special, except leave residue that can feed fungus or bacteria.
So, the science behind this is that the heat breaks up/neutralizes the mosquitoe bite itch toxin. You use it for 30 seconds or so until it feels like a pinch. Wait a few minutes because your nerves are itch stimulated and need to calm down but use again if still itchy a few minutes later. I went from scars and occasional impitago from itching myself bloody in my sleep to, no worries.
you can also use a spoon heated with really hot water or a curling iron plugged in for 3 seconds (as I had to in a pinch at a friend's house). I have about half a dozen of them.

there's some weird suctiony tool being sold right now that's supposed to suck out the toxin in mosquito bites that makes you itchy, I keep seeing ads for it on Amazon Prime Video. But maybe it just leaves hickies on your body and makes you look like you fucked an octopus, who knows.

Coffee grounds + Vitamin E or almond oil is nice for scrubby scrubby, but I don't know enough about actual skincare techniques to know how good it is beyond getting rid of dirt, scabs, and dead skin in a way that makes the shower smell nice.
That stupid banana-skin life hack actually works well for me, but ymmv.
And if you're O+ you're double-fucked. They'll be able to smell you even when you're super-clean.
It's so weird to see these on Amazon and stuff because I remember seeing the prototype versions of them in rural-ass USA for years. Yes they make you look like an octopus got you, and they don't work that great. You're better off with the spoon, banana skin, calamine, or even toothpaste.
the thing about antihistamines is that they don't kill the itch permanently, they just stop you from feeling it for a while. the therapik kills it, once the itch is gome, it's gone for good.

I use rubbing alcohol to help kill the itch. I just rub some on the bite and usually it goes away without scratching.
I never had jawline acne until I started fucking around with skincare products this year, and now it won’t go away, in addition to the acne I already had. No matter what products I use, my face looks disgusting. Normal 22 year old women have beautiful skin and I’m the one loser who still is just covered in acne. It makes me want to die. I had the exact same experience when I first started paying attention to my skincare. No acne my whole life, then ironically once I started paying attention to my skin, I got acne on my jawline and forehead constantly.
Sunscreen tuned out to be the culprit for me. I was using chemical sunscreens previously and my acne cleared up completely when I moved to a zinc oxide-based one. (From what I've read, chemical sunscreen tech in the US sucks thanks to FDA red tape, so our chemical sunscreens tend to be greasy and pore-clogging. I have a bottle of Anessa from Japan which has chemical filters, but my skin is fine with it as far as I can tell.)
Your issue could be the same, or different, but in either case I'd recommend trying to be scientific about it. Pare your routine down, let your acne subside, and add products back in one by one until you figure out what's causing it.
I don't think this is really true, lots of 22 year old women and older don't have good skin. It's probably time to try the stuff that's not at the store. See a dermatologist, look into tretinoin which is not at the store.
