Oh dear God slashficcers in general! I don't get the thought process behind them, like 'I love these characters so I'm going to write about them being fisted by the villain!'

There is also currently a bunch of the ones writing TGWTG slashfics arguing with a comedy account on Twitter that dared to quote some of their work!

We did but it was settled as we found nothing particularly lolcowish about her.

Uh, unless there's like a Wizardchan-esque imageboard populated entirely by the small percentage of slash fanfic writers who act like twats, this thread seems way too general.

I've written my fair share of fanfic, and a bunch of it has been slash (though never anything more graphic than PG-13, the definition of "slash" varies from person to person but imo it doesn't have to be sexual), but I'm not a moron about it. It's just a silly creative outlet, I don't take it seriously at all, and I know tons of other people with the same attitude.

imo it would be better to just make threads specific to the individual dumb slashficcers, or posting them in personal lolcows, instead of making a blanket generalization about fanfic writers like this.
