Snochia Moseley was a 26 year old employee of the Rite Aid distribution center, who opened fire on her coworkers starting at 9:06 am. Snochia killed 3 employees, 2 died at the scene, 1 at the hospital, and wounded 3 others. Snochia shot herself in the head twice, mortally wounding her.

a friend talked to the Baltimore Sun about her and revealed

• that she was alienated, felt the world was against her
• was a part time student at Community College of Baltimore County from 2011 to 2015, but didn't graduate
• made a manuscript, and planned to make a documentary about herself with a friend
• no criminal record
• apparently identifed as transgender, "although it was not clear whether Moseley preferred to be addressed using masculine or feminine pronouns."
