A continually reinforced narrative. A story people tell in their heads over and over, non-stop. And they get to flex their own story-telling abilities to shoe-horn in data that doesn't match in the most outlandish and silly ways possible. The echo chambers, the wall of sound from news, music, movies, video games, social circles, and politics are all designed to keep people constantly over-exposed to the narrative so they can think of the world in no other way. And the younger it starts, the better.
The only way to fight it is to completely disagree with the narrative fundamentally. To choose to not engage within the story. That white guy a few pages back who refused to engage in the story when the black guy asked what he was proud of for being white? That guy did it right. To constantly deny all the premises the story is built on. Not to play the game within the story.
Beyond that, maybe re-awakening the previous story: "All people are created equal", skin colour doesn't matter, whatever. The narrative has to be denied at its foundations AND a competing narrative MUST replace it.
Use the internal foundations to a degree, though. Deny fundamentally any validity to concepts like "Systemic racism" or "patriarchy". It's how we got here. It's how people slowly got convinced of this narrative.

The foundation is outside the story in this case, like rape, racism, people being free to find happiness, etc. So it has to constantly be used to attack the foundations of their story, how they are the "bad guys" and racists or misogynists or whatever.
The problem is, the narrative saturates all aspects of our lives atm. The optimism is that the narrative requires unbelievable levels of double think (which can only be avoided by becoming more radical and irrational, leading it to be more and more divorced from anything sensical. The san AndreasFault killing half the people in California, or journalists facing the day of the rope would be the quick end to it, but it will come regardless. The narrative is not really controllable, and small memetic changes constantly throw it into chaos. That's a reason why fuckers like Jeb Bush were so lost, and why Nancy Pelosi is a drunk brain-addled deer in headlights with a constant look of terror on her face. The constant energy demanded to keep the narrative both effective and somewhat predictable grow every day. The echo chambers of the Internet, which accelerated this whole lunacy are the exact same mechanism by which it becomes unsustainable.
tl;dr ....Death Cults are a self-correcting problem, even though they cause a lot of damage on their way down.

I take it that colored trans women is the complete opposite of white. With gays they're either white or colored, and even if they're colored they're still men. Same with lesbians. As such transgenderism is something that can wedge the pretenders and haters between the people who take it so far that if you don't accept them you're anti-LGBT; which can now be anti-black too.
The UN doesn't give a shit about gay men or women, all they want are those woke points.
