I've liked a few of Gaiman's books, but he and Amanda seem pretty well matched as insufferable artistes. Her meltdowns after he left were pretty wild.

I'm a fucking leaf, and honestly, I'm starting to feel like our country has no real identity. We're just like a shittier version of America, that still has the Queen on our money for some reason. Our politicians are a fucking joke (although, I suppose that could be said about politicians in general), who are talking about passing a bill to regulate online content, which is a massive waste of taxpayer money, in my opinion. Canadian TV and movies are overall low quality, with the rare exception of like, Corner Gas. We're pretty much America's spineless, underachieving little brother, whose biggest claim to fame is a sugary condiment, and also Rush. That said, I do still enjoy Canada Day. I like BBQ, and I like fireworks. These twitter warriors try to start a hashtag to cancel Canada Day every few years, and it's never worked, because nobody gives a shit what some retards on twitter think. Oh, our government committed atrocities and then tried to cover it up? Yeah, sounds like every other government that's ever existed in the history of the world. Anyway, let's go make some burgers and shoot fireworks

I'm of 2 minds about this - I know there's troons and troon activists that are unapologetically trying to groom and convert children, but I also know there's probably a decent chance this Paki immigrants' son is going to turn out to be gay, and his dad is going to murder him in an honour killing. I'm looking forward to finally having part of the answer for the age-old question: "Who's more oppressed, Muslims or Troons?"
