2. that puberty hashtag seems really shady to me. The fitness industry and it's content creators gain a lot from capitalizing on the insecurity of young dudes. A little late, but some news happened a few days back. It's gross, so fair warning.
Ryan Crowley, absolute beast of a man, had a terrifying injury on the incline bench press.
For those of you who don't want to click that, he was lowering 485lbs on the incline bench, and his pec fucking tore. You can hear it, see it, feel it, it's genuinely disgusting.
So, what happened in the aftermath? Ryan immediately got into surgery to repair his pec, and his training partner Larry Wheels, the one who was spotting him and honestly saved Ryan from a much worse injury from dropping the bar on himself, he started a GoFundMe for the bills.
They reached the goal really fast, *feels*.
But, how did the community react? Most people actually did what they could to spread the fundraiser, and tons and tons of reaction videos were made of people cringing and explaining what happened.
So, anyways, that's the big news from this week.

Apparently Coach Greg Doucette, not the lawyer, has been on the receiving end of a Nigga Moment courtesy of Chef Rush, the White House Chef.

Update on the Rush situation:
Greg's son came through to help his dad out.
The current drama is that Greg Doucette is going full retard and DMCAed(?) a video criticizing his programs, and for the first time in quite a while people are turning on him. Even Jeff Nippard joined in.
So to try and do some damage control, Greg is offering discounts on his programs or something.

I genuinely believe that a couple of years ago, when he had to come off the sauce due to his hair, was what kicked it off.
