If people were real sociopaths they would have no fucking interest in dealing with other sociopaths or neurotics, they're socially crippled, it's not possible for sociopaths to have a community without it being fucked around by everyone with a superiority complex.

This. Sociopaths by definition simply can't and don't give a shit about anyone or anything and cannot have any emotional attachment. Sociopaths are completely self-serving and will only feign emotions to get what they want from others. Usually sociopaths are divided into people who are so fucked up that it's impossible for them to function socially as they're too violent, abrasive and untrustworthy to be around others. They are also people that live "perfect lives" but can ruin or kill someone on a whim when they get the urge and then go back to their "perfect life" again like nothing ever happened (BTK murderer for instance). Also it's really hard to detect a sociopath because they will think they have nothing wrong with them (or at least never admit it) and lie to therapists to make themselves look fine or throw the therapist off.

Source: I went to college with a psych major that worked part time in a group home that had a tard with confirmed sociopathy so the guy studied about sociopathy a lot to better work his job.

These people aren't sociopaths but rather teenage emo edge lords and autists that just don't understand why they fit in so they go the special snowflake route.
