Luna challenged Crave to build a new forum, she accepted the challenge. Turncoat agreed that Crave actually had the ability to build a forum, and Crave was liked by at least a few users there, so when Crave got banned (and Turncoat right after), hilarity ensued.

It's been a pretty heated time, again, and basically for similar reasons to last time from her perspective.
Luna's sensitivity had her on another warpath, but right now it's closer to damage control in... odd ways, even appealing to obvious trolls. She's showing her "rival forum" weirdness again, but this time it actually is about having people go from one forum to another instead of mere paranoid suspicion of it.
Edvard's been mod, and that's lead to a slow descent towards problems that's been completely backed by her similarly to how she was backing Dexter for massaging her ego properly. She is online much more often now compared to before from actually feeling threatened enough about her reputation and website stability to stop hiding in her reddit account, and she's trying to act like her negligence when it came to website repairs and attendance was her doing us a service (half true).

A while back, CP began to be posted as a way to try to mess with the users on the site. People were pretty jaded towards what would be spammed until it hit that escalation, so naturally once the sensitivity was made bare it inspired more of it from the initial culprit and some imitators who found it funny to be able to twist that nerve. While it definitely needed to be taken down, and more than fairly consistently was, many used the illegality as an excuse to let their prior distaste for the one originally responsible be made bare through that filter.
As you likely saw, it is impossible to keep someone banned from that place if they don't want to leave, both from how hard it is to do in general... and how much easier it's been from Luna of all people being head programmer. The code is seriously all over the place and features stop working out of nowhere all the time (even post count and search barely work). CP topics and links would be posted in extremely obvious ways very rapidly and persistently, which even with my sad obsession with the place wasn't enough to keep it off if, for instance, WiFi would go out, I'd have a bus ride that day, the alarm I had set for 90 minute sleep intervals during problematic times decides to not go off, anything that'd make for even a few hours lapse from my being able to check on the place. A lot of what kept shit off the site was an urban legend of sorts that I'm "always online", and I had to go to absurd lengths to try to keep that going while also not feeding the problem at the same time. They needed to learn the boredom of inevitability and they needed the means to not want to do it anymore if they weren't going to leave, and once we had others at the seat that gave them the means to find comedy in it again they never wanted to stop.
Many users did not take kindly to this, and I (and many others) complained that the website needed better features. She instead during a brief and unexpected time I was unable to be on elected a second moderator despite how the problem needed more than another warm body focusing on keeping the place clean, and used him, and eventually Edvard, as a PR excuse to not have to do some basic work arounds to keep them off in ways that'd actually amount to progress, ways that we'd been asking for for a very long time that she simply felt too lazy to work on from not having felt threatened at the time. What's sad is how some people on there will buy Luna's propaganda despite being able to see the damages of it directly.
The first mod working alongside me was demodded originally for deciding to become a mod outside of her forum (familiar right?), and the CP fears lead to some Discord servers to try to keep the community together without having to attend SC. After so long of this (after people began to see that SCers weren't the best people to give mod tools to...), they decided to try to elect Edvard to deal with the problem... only to see that his idea of how to deal with it would center around his ego, completely. Having what he felt was a just crusade was the fire that let him be able to do as he pleased, and people for whatever reason would see the damages and think he's winning.
After so long of being made a fool of, he decided to publicly declare that he was "above deleting spam". His job out of nowhere changed to just being about trying to demotivate the CP posters... which would have been fine and all if he wasn't actually giving them a reason to feel excited and powerful, and if he wouldn't lash at his users and delete things said that themselves were just snark at his expense. He'd make up rules and the meaning of his role on the fly to justify his position always as a result of having overreached prior to the announcement, much like Luna has been known to do. Many have been motivated by his zeal and tenacity, but that serves to blind from the fact that his efforts actually excited the ones attacking the website more and simply left me with that much more work to do... just like Luna overreaches have done in the past.
After so long of appointing secondary mods to deal with it, once it was way past due she implemented a 50 post limit before images could be posted and a captcha requirement for those first 50 posts. This lead to them making links to it in chat, and for whatever reason people'd click on obviously shady links despite seeing it being posted by names like "HungTurk74" and names that either laughed at Edvard or made reference to the enjoying of CP. Eventually, albeit a bit slowly, people got the internet 101 message that clicking on obviously shady or strange links is probably not a good idea, but by then it'd gone on long enough to solidify.
With those features we'd been asking for for ages finally being implemented when she got the message that more mods wasn't going to be enough of an ass covering answer anymore, the job got a lot easier to do even with Edvard's brainless antagonizing of the problem. I'd been complaining for quite a while about how his actions were making things worse and giving me more work to do... and all I'd see is Luna backing him up while denying that anything was wrong, complete with childish ideas of what's going on that more than demonstrated how disconnected not just from the forum that she was, but also somewhat reality.
Push came to shove, another user claimed that she could make a forum better than the current one, I warned Luna that she ought to not be so open to making threats when her website still isn't safe (or functional), when her attendance was awful even with my having to follow her Reddit account and message her there for fixes, and when her reputation was already questionable (with a landlord metaphor)... and I got both banned and demodded for it.
You can log onto there now and see that it's a shadow of it's former self, again, over Luna having no sense of vision beyond her own short-sighted narcissism and Edvard trying to find newer and newer ways to change the story into something he can use to not feel like he was responsible for anything but improvements. Those who are tired of Luna's admin cycle of abuse and/or Edvard's constant overreach and grooming of her ego have migrated to Edgecomm, and those staying behind reflect an interesting series of excuses even now over what's going on.
I feel free without being behind the mod seat on SC anymore, as my proneness to obsession lead to unhealthy compensation against the staff's mistakes to try to keep us altogether, who have proven to be more of a problem for the site than the spammers and CP posters that we were supposed to be dealing with. They were so stuck making it about themselves that they couldn't, and continue to not be able to see their own part in the problem, instead finding newer and newer ways to twist the story into it being about other things. We're pretty divided now and things have been fairly dramatic for one portion and extremely trolly for the other.
Edvard as a mod has been an odd witchhunt that drove his ego more and more to the wheel as he kept losing ground and being called on it, while Luna's contribution has only been a thing as recently in the making as half a month ago. I could go on for days about Edvard's issues from a long time of comical spite towards one another that eventually got a bit nasty that... basically started a little after the Kiwi drama had settled. He always seemed a bit simple, and there was a lot of history on him prior to that point as well that shows how he got to this point and how "this point" may have always been there, but it gave a platform that had the range to mutate into outright antagonism against a surprising amount of people that became a bit cyclic after the events here lead to him trying to defend placating Luna instead of having her try to learn something from her mistakes. He was already a bit of the sort to pick fights constantly, but it became more blatant after that point. His emotions are more bare now and his resulting bloodthirst can have him say the craziest of things now (check the dates for context), and being mocked and quoted on the regular was not doing his ego any favors.
Seriously though, days. This guy was a fascinating subject to me with more than his fair share of lulz potential until his behaviors actually began to hurt the website. He operates on a very different level, and that level has escalated into something rather bizarre even past his claims of his being an infamous underground kickboxer as reason for why he can't have his identity be displayed publicly on SC. It'd "ruin his fighting reputation to be associated with sociopathy".

SC's been pretty divided for over a year now. A splinter site was not exactly an unexpected development, but it's kinda sad it came to this point.
Well, Luna now has shown that she is willing to dox people who quit her website, Exhibit A being my info. Another user'd posted it a while back and, through their (former) policy of "take down on request of the afflicted", we'd been keeping it off the website.
We'd been going with this "take down on sight" policy, but now more than 24 hours later she, as admin, has hosted and kept it up herself with a series of odd insults and justifications while outright ignoring evidence of my wanting it down past this point as well.
Before doing this she began to reflect more paranoia online, as if to prepare before making such attacks:
