And the UK has FREE DENTAL for cleans, check ups. In Aus it's expensive af as it's excluded from our universal healthcare and I'm exceedingly jealous, yet Sofie apparently can't even be bothered to get regular cleanings. I guess the dentist chairs have lower weight ratings or are less 'fat positive' in the UK compared to US. Or she is happy to just let herself rot, either way.

That's incorrect. NHS dental is cheaper than private, but unless you're a child, pregnant or very low income, you still have to pay. Added to that, NHS dentists are few and far between so anybody relying on them solely to sort their teeth out is usually on a long waitlist. Decent dental health in the UK is private.
If the affordability of dental care was the issue here, she would have yowled about it a while ago. She’s a lazy, filthy, slovenly pig who wallows naked in her apartment while ruminating on her next snide backwards wall of blaming and moaning.

Damn, I had assumed it was free at point of service for people on welfare, pregnant women and kids, but very low cost for other citizens for at least a check up and clean. It would take a lot of burden off the health system to have those prevention/maintenance services free or very low cost- so GPs aren't saddled with patients with teeth pain and other dental hygiene associated issues. I guess as is a common phrase here (in regards to the gaps in our universal healthcare system), 'at least we're not in the US system, it could be so much worse'

And as an aside, if you knew jack shit about this subject you would also have a clue just how hard it is to find an NHS dentist in the first place, and how the whole NHS dental service has basically been shut down over coof to protect eatbeasts and oldiewonks the last 15 months. Routine treatment is not available to patients at all, surgeries are only just starting to treat emergency patients.
