Feedback Some blank green header is grabbing my attention -

So eversince november started, I noticed this green thing at the top of my browser, and it follows me everywhere on the site. At first it used to say something about bitcoins but now it's just some blank green header hogging up at the very top of the site, and it has been grabbing my attention eversince then. Hell, I'm genuinely curious as to what the hell that thing even is and if there is a way to get rid of it.
