I'm the last person who would promote peace and love towards others but it brings me both a heartwarming feeling and a melancholic nostalgic feeling when I'd listen to JT with my grandparents
I've never really understood what people were on about when they said things like "this song made me cry at that concert, or something". Later in life I've found that Dylan's "Mama You've Been On My Mind" performed by George Harrison affects me like that.
It always makes me think about my mum, and what it would be like if she wasn't around anymore. I can't stand that thought.
This one gets me good. The story behind the song isn't too great either. His sister killed herself and he dedicated this song and the rest of the album to her.

We played so much GTA 5 and Black Ops 3 in 2015. We had a crew of 15 friends and we would all hang out under the bridge and sneak around in construction sites.

"Climb out of the belly of the beast" she said
"Become a witness out of the abyss
The temple of the soul will have to heal the flesh
Only when you're whole can you forgive
But it's a long long climb
It's a long long climb"
I met Tori at a M&G before a show in 2017. I asked
her if I could request a song for that evening and she said
yes. So I requested "Climb" and to my great surprise she played
it at the show. lt was a really overwhelming, emotional experience.
