I’m not sure about what we all just witnessed.

Rosechu got fat just cuz. Then sonichu had a dream in which he got fat off pickling juice. Then he got thin in a vagina tube.

Wakes up to find what really happened was that he was being smooshed by Rosechu. Who also wakes up and announces she’s going to lose 200+ lbs in less than two weeks. She manages it... somehow.

Then we find out all of this was a production show with a ditto?

So none of this was cannon? It was all an episode of autism?
