i started removing all mentions of sonic, pikachu and sonichu from the sonichu comics
i've only gotten 8 pages in so far, so if anyone wants to give it a shot, let's make this a fun group project!

only because sonic and pikachu make up sonichu. but if it's funnier to have them in and then they disintegrate when they combine, i can fix that

Well, they technically don't combine, the pikachu just takes on Sonic's form when it turns into Sonichu (not that the original comic makes that clear, but Sonic does appear later as a separate character).

Removing all the Sonichus and Rosechus would probably work out better later in the comic, but it'd make the early issues pretty dull. Maybe pick them off one by one or something?

The concept of Garfield minus Garfield relies on John's interaction with Garfield and/or the world around him, and since Sonichu 0 is focused on... well, Sonic and Sonichu, it makes sense that the first few pages aren't going to be masterpieces. Once they start talking with other characters, things should get more interesting.
