I've cancelled Annotated sonichu, there isn't much I could have said. That and I'm better at telling a story
This project is the descriptive translation of Sonichu, I call it a translation because none of the script will be changed. Sonichu will now read as if it were a novel.

ISSUE 0
I must obey, Sonichu thought
Sonichu didn't know what he should do, he knew he couldn't disobey his father's wishes, but he did not wish to be a puppet for his games.
"Go sonichu! Go out and zap to the Extreme!" The Great Director demanded; Sonichu couldn't control himself, it was as if his sub conscious had been infected by his father's parasite, Sonichu spoke against his own will. "I will, thank you father." Sonichu realized it was futile, he was under his command. Sonichu still remember's the first time he heard his father's voice, though he didn't know it was his at the time.

Episode 1: Sonichu's origin

The lone boy pikachu had been lost for days when it was first contacted, the pikachu only knew that it couldn't go back to his old life, Naitsirhc Giovanni had cared little for the pikachu, and in turn left him. "Our story begins In an open field 5 mies fromthe city of station square..." the pikachu stopped moving. "Pika?" It called to the voice, the pikachu noticed that behind him was the city, burning. Before the pikachu could think, it started running towards the city; It knew whatever had spoken might have come from there, only humans speak the pikachu knew.

The Perfect chaos monster roared and snarled at Sonic. Sonic, unlike the citizen's of station square, showed no fear, he knew what he had to do. Sonic activated the chaos emeralds from his being and began to levitate, and in an instant, he unleashed the power of the emerald's; His fur turned from a deep blue to bright yellow. In the blink of an eye he was charging, charging towards the beast from hell. The pikachu arrived to the city confused, where was the voice that had spoken to him earlier? Was the giant monster the voice? but before the pikachu could deduct this dilemma, something hit him, something with such force and such power that he felt as if his whole being was slowly being obliterated. That something was sonic in his super form, the impact caused a rainbow to shoot out of where they had hit each other. The rainbow shot several egg's to various places, doomed to where ever they were destined to land. and at the end of the rainbow, A girl Raichu stood.

Kel's Raichu felt especially restless that day, Kel had let it outside so that she could burn off some of her energy; she had no need for an energetic Raichu today. On other days she would have kept her Raichu that way, ready for fighting wild pokemon whenever Kel needed her, but today was different. No where to go, no gym badge's to get, and no need to worry. But that day was going to be like no other, and what was going to happen on that day was not going to happen for another 2000 years. Kel's Raichu saw something in the sky, It was so mesmerizing that it simply could not look away. In what seemed like a split second, the rainbow hit Kel's Raichu, and it began to change, It was horrified by what was happening, It felt like it was dying. 15 miles away the boy pikachu had gone through the same experience, the feeling of her DNA changing shook the Raichu to it's core, but the Raichu felt the same, it figured this was fate. Just then Kel came out side to see with her own eyes what she thought she saw, a giant rainbow? she had to investigate. Kel spoke, "Raichu, I saw the..." she stopped and gasped, this was not her beloved Raichu, whatever this thing was, it would know what happened to her Raichu. "Who are you? where's my pokemon?" Kel asked, "Kel..." the Raichu responded, Kel was floored, she let out a gasp of surprise and relief that her pokemon was safe, but what had it become? "I am your pokemon" Kel's Raichu said, "I was hit by a rainbow, and now..." Kel's Raichu paused for a moment to calculate what exactly had just happened, but then she knew, "I have transformed!" Upon seeing her own Raichu's transformation, Kel was fascinated by her remarkable beauty, "Oh my! You're as beautiful as a Rose!" Kel exclaimed, this in turn gave her Raichu an idea, she had figured that since she has transformed into a new species of pokemon she would need a new name, "As a rose? I need a new name, since I am a new pokemon, so, you may call me..." Rosechu

15 miles away the boy pikachu was just waking up from what had happened to him. "Oh..." he groaned as he slowly began to regain consciousnesses. However The pikachu soon realized, he was no longer a pikachu, "Wha..." He let out a gasp of shock, his legs were longer, as well as his arms, "I've changed!" He exclaimed. The pikachu was terrified, shocked, and in a state of fear, what had happened to him he thought, was he dead? He knew no one could answer this, He would just have to find out for himself. "Huh?" the pikachu said in a daze, the pikachu looked out onto the water before him, he remembered the monster, the voice, and not much of else. The Pikachu couldn't remember who he was, where he had come from, he only knew where he was and what he was seeing. In the water he could see a bright yellow creature fighting the giant monster, "The battle is on?! I've got to help!" the boy pikachu didn't know why though, he could have ran away from the monster that was 10 times bigger then he is, but something told him that the voice had called him here for a reason. "Time to zap!" The boy pikachu shouted, he began to run when he noticed he could run faster then he ever could, this made a burst of adrenaline flow through his body. He proceeded to jump from building to building, running as fast as he could until finally he was over the monster, "THUNDER!" He ordered, as soon as he gave the command, a giant bolt of lightning streaked the sky and struck the monster with power of approximately 5 billion joules. The Perfect chaos monster let out a great roar as it was struck, "Almost got him!" Sonic said as he spin dashed into the monster with as much power as the lightning. The Perfect Chaos monster let out one more tortured roar before descending back into the depths of the water. "SONIC! SONIC! SONIC! YAY!" the crowd cheered with excitement, the pikachu wondered if it was himself who they were cheering for, but put that thought aside, it must be this hedgehog he figured, he didn't want to take the glory of someone who deserved it more then him. In the crowd a man with a striped shirt looked on, soon sonichu would know who he was. Besides he could run faster then any pikachu ever could, he ran for what seemed like hours, he ran up mountains, and ran across the great Rule-CWC desert in minutes; He had never had this sort of freedom in his whole life. Even with his impressive speed he had to stop to reflect for a moment, "Wow! what a battle!" He said thinking back, "Not only that, but I've received super speed, a new body, and above all else, I am able to talk like a human! Wow!" He paused for a moment to take all the information in, even after speaking the words he couldn't believe what he was saying. "And apparently I look like that hedgehog I helped earlier. From the cheers, I guess his name was Sonic, Sonic the Hedgehog... Sonic had just about the same abilities as I do now" This realization came heavy for the pikachu, was that what had hit him earlier? He wanted to ask more questions about what happened but he had another revelation, "And I guess I am a hedgehog now too. I am a new pokemon; I am no longer a pikachu, So with inspiration I am..." SONICHU!


The voice spoke once more, "And from then on, sonichu went on to..." This time Sonichu didn't respond. He didn't care anymore, he had better things to do, all that running made him hungry.

EPISODE 2: GENESIS OF THE LOVE HOGS

It had been over a week after the Pikachu's amazing transformation into the fused entity known only as Sonichu. He was alone, and hungry. "Oh..." he mutters "Since my transformation my new, bigger body needs more food than before! And Nuts and Apples won't cut it!" Sonichu's stomach growled furiously , "It's been over a week now, and I'm soooo hungry. Not only that, but I feel so lonesome!" Sonichu complained. He knew that if he didn't get something to eat soon, he might have to go another day with an empty stomach, something that he might not have the strength for. All the running Sonichu indulged in had finally caught up with him, he had spent all his energy living his fantasy of being fast. And now he was starving. Sonichu up until this point had thought that he was the only one of his kind, a thought that intimidated him greatly. As far as Sonichu knew, he was alone, both currently, and in species. "Huh?" Sonichu catches a glimpse of a pink hedgehog like being, standing next to a small lake. Sonichu's mind stopped, he couldn't believe what he was seeing, could it really be....another Electric Hedgehog? He was entranced, captivated by the pink specter that was enjoying the moon reflecting on the simple lake. Sonichu didn't know what he was feeling, He desired the pink haired Hedgehog, he wanted her. "Wow..." Sonichu thought. It was amazing that something so simple could cause so much turmoil in ones self, so now he was curious to discover what this all meant. Sonichu began to move when the pink hedgehog started walking away, "Where's she running off to?" Sonichu wondered. No matter what he must discover what he's feeling inside; And with that, Sonichu follows her.
About 15 minutes later Sonichu comes across a small cabin that resides on the shore of the lake, the pink hedgehog knocks softly on the cabin door, "So...She lives in that cabin huh?" Sonichu said out loud, "And living with her trainer...maybe I can get a bite to eat as well!" This thought overwhelmed sonichu's curiosity towards the pink hedgehog, right now all he could think about was his empty stomach.

"Did you have fun, Rosey?" Kel asks Rosechu, "Ahh... So-So." Rosechu responded. "Well, come on in, I'm fixing some Brunswick stew!" Kel says to Rosechu, Rosechu was thrilled to hear that her favorite meal would be served for dinner tonight, Yet she still had something that was eating away at her. As Kel prepared the stew, Rosechu expressed her feelings, "Since my transformation last week" She began "I've felt so lonesome, because there's no other Pokemon like me to love." Rosechu, along with Sonichu, both felt the weight of the feeling that they were alone in their worlds as the only one of their species. Rosechu felt insignificant, she could die tomorrow and her species wouldn't have made a blip on the radar of Earth. But then again, she had Kel. "Aw Relax Rosey! What about my dragonite, David; He's loyal!" Kel exclaimed. Kel would always be there for her, and that brought some ease to her mind, However her suggestion wasn't exactly what she wanted. "Aw come on Kel" Rosechu said, "David's just too big for me! You can have him, I don't want him." Kel reassured Rosechu, "Well...Can't say I didn't try...Hey, for all we know, your love could be just around the corner..." A knock at the cabin door interrupts Kel, "Or right at the door!" Kel added. Rosechu got up to answer the door, "I'll get that!" Rosechu exclaimed. 'Who was knocking on our door at this hour, and this deep in the woods?' Rosechu pondered. She figured it to be a lost hiker, maybe looking for shelter for the night, or a CWCvillian soldier doing mandatory checks for homos. Either way she would be glad to have any sort of company. Rosechu opens the door, the words escape her before she realizes who or what was in front of her, "Hello, how may I..." She is interrupted by the yellow hedgehog like creature in front of her, "Hey..." He says to Rosechu "I'm just a wild one who hasn't eaten for over a week, can you help me out?" Rosechu's heart began to beat faster, she couldn't believe what she was seeing, was it a hallucination? Or was she really seeing another Electric Hedgehog pokemon like her. Not only that, but he was male, almost like her Adam to his Eve. "I Don't believe it... a handsome pokemon who is like me... I've got to learn more about him!" Rosechu thought to herself. Seizing the opportunity, Rosechu grabbed the yellow hedgehog by the chest and pulled him into the house, "Come on In!" Rosechu exclaims, "Woah!" said the yellow hedgehog surprised from the sudden contact from Rosechu. Moments later, they are both sitting facing each other, hands locked, with their eyes both lost in each others. "So, What's your name?" Rosechu asks, Sonichu hesitated for a moment, this was going so fast he had little time to think, "...Sonichu" He replies. "My names Rosechu" she responds "But you can call me anytime..." Sonichu could tell that this "Rosechu" was glowing for him, he felt the same way towards her ever since he saw her at the lake. "How about I call you Rosey?" Sonichu inquires, "Thats my nickname!" Rosechu says with pride, She quickly turns to tell Kel of their visitor, "Hey, Kel, we have a guest!" Sonichu begins to hear commotion in the kitchen; as Kel is putting away some of her ingredients. Sonichu thought to himself about Rosechu, "Boy, I thought I was the speedy one!" And indeed Rosechu had given him little time to think, "Well, I think she's cute anyway" adding on to his previous thought. Kel enters the room, "Who is it Rosey? The stew's almost ready and I..." Kel was interrupted by Rosechu, "Kel, This is Sonichu! He wishes to break bread with us!" Rosechu explained, "Hello!" said Sonichu as he greeted Kel. Kel was stunned, what were the chances that there was another electric hedgehog? and the chances that it would come to their lonely cabin was even more improbable; might be destiny she figured. "Wow! another Hedgehog pokemon" Kel thought to herself, "And a male for Rosechu! Ahh! This must be fate" Kel began to speak, "It's nice to meet you Sonichu! Have a seat with Risey- I mean Rosey; the stews almost ready. Rosey, Entertain your new boyfriend!" a few minutes later both Sonichu and Rosechu sat down together at the dinner table, Rosechu began the conversation; She didn't know what to say, so she asked him his favorite color, "So, What's your favorite color?" Sonichu was quick to respond, "Uh...Yellow? No, blue!" Although Sonichu had been yellow all his life, he still preferred the cold color of blue. After dinner, Kel made accommodations for sonichu to sleep in the living room on a spare bed they had. Although both Rosechu and Kel called it a bed, it was more a futon thought Sonichu, but that didn't matter, he was exhausted.

Over the next few days, Rosechu and Sonichu were almost inseparable. They did everything together, Hikes, swimming, and Rosechu even taught Sonichu how to fish. Memories of when he was a Pikachu came back to Sonichu, particularly when he used to see humans fishing, He had always wanted to catch a fish. Rosechu teaching him how to fish made him Love her even more, even though he still didn't understand what "Love" was. Rosechu on the other hand, Just wanted someone to be with her, she didn't want to be alone ever again. One night, A few days later, Rosechu and Sonichu sat side by side as they looked out upon the full moon reflecting on the lake. "Isn't the night sky so romantic?" asks Rosechu. "It sure is" Sonichu replies. "I could just sit here and look at it for hours with you!" Rosechu exclaimed. "Yeah...But then we'd fall asleep together" Sonichu said "And I wouldn't have it any other way, Rosey..." and Sonichu meant it, he would do anything with Rosechu. "Oh Sonichu!" Rosechu exclaimed with glee, clearly flattered by his comment, "I'm so happy with you!" She hesitated for a moment, should she really say this? or was it too soon. "I love you!". Clarity had finally come to Sonichu, so that was what he was feeling this whole time, "Love". "And I love you, Rosechu" Sonichu spoke with confidence as he said this, "As often as birds tweet, you are my lovely heartsweet!" Sonichu wasn't sure if that was what he should say, but he figured it was something someone who was in love would say. "Oh! Sonichu" Rosechu exclaims. They gaze deep into each other, seeing no more but the one that they love, and as they both lean in, they share a kiss. As they embrace each other, fireworks are set off in the distance, possibly to symbolize their love. In reality, there was a freak accident at a fireworks factory that injured hundreds and killed dozens.

The Next day Sonichu and Rosechu both ventured out to the big city of CWCville to enjoy themselves at the CWCVille mall. A Zapdos stalks them.

Hmm, this is an interesting project. I actually started out with the idea of making a simple Sonichu novelization when I first started writing, but that eventually spiraled into a little story about Jerkops, and the rest is history. I like what you've got here so far, and I can't wait to see what your take on the story will become.

I considered making a "what-if" thread about what would've happened if Chris had written Sonichu as a novel series instead of a comic series, but then I remembered how much I dislike that board, and there probably already is a year-old thread on it, but the dickhole OP titled the thread with an unusual other-name for "Novel", instead of "Novel", "Literature", "Written-format", or any of the other things I searched for. Then CatParty would school my ass. I ain't gettin' befuddled and put in my place for that board.

Episode 3: Sonichu Vs. Naitsirhc

Sonichu stands his ground outside the Kay-Bee And Gamestop. Sparks fly around him, signifying his anger. In the air was the legendary thunder bird Zapdos; and in it's talons was his sweetheart, Rosechu. Riding atop the zapdos is the nefarious Naitsirhc Giovanni, he laughs with great pride.

"Naitsirhc, Son of Giovanni! Team Rocket Brighter than light! Surrender now or prepare to fight!" Shouts Naitsirhc.

"Release Rosechu, now!" Demands Sonichu.

"Then we will fight! ZAPDOS! GO!" exclaims Naitsirhc.

Sonichu springs forward, covered with sparks of lightning, speeding towards the Zapdos at great speed. He was going to teach Naitsirhc about the finer points of retribution.

"I can't believe this, even after what happened..." Sonichu thinks to himself as he spins violently towards the zapdos.

Earlier that day, Kel had told the two resident hedgehogs that she was going to Cwcville to get a few things. Rosechu had begged Kel for her credit card, promising that she wouldn't spend over 100$. Kel, for sometime, had barred Rosechu from shopping. Rosechu in the time span of 4 weeks had become a class 1 consumer. She had even stolen Kel's credit card on one occasion to buy shoes, even though she never used any other pair of shoes other then her boots. However, things were different now, Sonichu had stepped into her life and made Rosechu much more easy to manage. So Kel trusted Sonichu with the task of making sure that Rosechu did not spend over 100$, and gave her credit card to Rosechu. Seemed to be simple enough, Sonichu thought, how hard could this be.

At first, it was easy. Rosechu would give Sonichu the item, he'd check the price, and give it the okay. But unknown to both Kel and Sonichu, Rosechu had amassed a large collection of coupons that she was now digging deep into. Rosechu's coupons mixed with the sales made it very difficult to keep track of just how much was being spent. Sonichu understood basic math like adding and subtracting, but was mystified by the concept of percentage .

"Hmm" Rosechu thinks, "20$ for this lovely bracelet... wait! 75% off? All right!"

Later around lunch time, Sonichu is up to his knee's in shoes, clothes, and various other accessories that Rosechu had purchased.

"...Well, I'm not superman!" thinks Sonichu jokingly.

Although Rosechu had indeed, not spent over 100$, Kel gave Sonichu 20$ to spend on lunch for both of the hedgehogs. Rosechu got a Grill chicken salad from McDonalds, while Sonichu enjoyed a quarter pounder. Biting into his hamburger, Sonichu realized something was a-miss. Something wasn't quite right with his burger indeed, while Sonichu specifically asked for no pickles on his hamburger; and yet there they were, two slices of pickle, one half eaten. Sonichu drops his hamburger in shock, disgusted by the fact that he had just eaten a pickle.

"Ahh...That salad was great!" Rosechu says, she notices the horrified look on Sonichu's face face, "What's wrong sweet bolt?" she asks.

Sonichu looks Rosechu in the eye, "I....I....H...Hate...P...PICKLES!" Sonichu says nervously.

Pickles? thought Rosechu to herself, what could he have to fear of pickles?

Before she could ask him why he was so worked up about pickles, the glass sky light above the two hedgehogs shatters, sending glass flying in all directions. A zapdos swoops in from the shattered sky light and captures Rosechu in it's razor sharp talons.

"HELP!!!" Rosechu screams.

Once again Sonichu leaps forward to save his true and honest sweet-heart from the talons of the zapdos. Raising his arm mid-air, Sonichu delivers a jaw shattering "Sky Uppercut" to the Zapdos. The zapdos responds to his fierce-some uppercut with a "Drill Peck", The drill peck rips off a chunk of fur from Sonichu's body, leaving a bald spot. Sonichu flanks the Zapdos from above and sends a "Mega kick" into the back of the Zapdos, breaking several of it's ribs. Flailing in agony, the Zapdos hits Sonichu with a "Wing attack" that knocks Sonichu off balance, sending him back to the floor. Sonichu uses "double team" to create copys of himself, which in turn confuses the Zapdos, giving him opportunity to free Rosechu from the grasp of the Zapdos. Seizing the moment, Sonichu leaps into the air, his eyes fixated on the talons that firmly grip his Rosechu. Sonichu punches the leg of the Zapdos, causing it to drop Rosechu in pain. Springing forward once again, he catches Rosechu in his arms and lands on the mall floor, now speeding away from the Zapdos. Sonichu puts Rosechu down and rushes back to the battle. The Zapdos, now infuriated, emits bolts of lightning from it's body in all directions.

"Hey, I couldn't miss out on this!" Exclaims Sonichu, not being one to run from a battle.

Riding atop his Raikou, Naitsirhc looks on with awe. It was extremely uncommon that anyone could match the power of the legendary bird pokemon Zapdos, It was even more uncommon that he himself was defeated. The pain of defeat was far greater then anything that his father Giovanni would say to him once he returned a failure. But for now, Naitsirhc had to swallow his pride, and retreat. There was no point in continuing this farce, he thought to himself. Naitsirhc pulls out a pokeball, and retrieves his prized Zapdos.

"Enjoy your victory now hedgehog" Naitsirhc mutters, "But we will meet again! And when we do, I will capture you for my father, and team rocket! Let's go Raikou!"

Naitsirhc's Raikou sprints away, smashing a glass door as he and his pokemon make their exit.

"Hooray!" shouts the onlookers who had formed while Sonichu was battling the Zapdos. Surprised, Sonichu looks to his right to see Kel, Rosechu, And a peculiar man in a striped shirt standing next time him.

"Thank you Sonichu!" Rosechu exclaims, "You're my hero, sweet bolt!" She gazes lovingly towards her true love Sonichu.

"I was astounded with how you battled, Sonichu! You rock!" Kel says amazed at Sonichu awesome power.

"Thank you Sonichu!" Shouts the crowd of people all together at once

That's odd, thought Sonichu. Where did all these people come from? it was a weekday afternoon and there was hardly anyone in the mall when Rosechu and Sonichu had entered. Sonichu's eyes fall onto the strange overweight man who stands next to Kel. Who is he? Does he know Kel? Whoever he was he had a dark aura around him. Something mysterious and unsettling were the vibes Sonichu was getting from this guy. The man in the striped shirt walks over to Sonichu, frozen with fear, Sonichu dares not move. The man looks into Sonichu's eyes, deep as the abyss, and as cold. He makes a speech.

"As mayor of CWCville, I Congraduate you on your victory, And I thank you for saving the day! Good Job Sonichu!" Says The Mayor as gives a "Thumbs up" sign.

The mayor puts his hand in front of Sonichu, expecting him to shake it. While Sonichu was hesitant at first, he slowly shook the hand of the mayor. His palms were drenched in sweat.

"Thank you!" Says Sonichu, Unsure of this "Mayor"

Just then a photographer takes their picture, claiming to be from the CWCville times. It was Sonichu's first day in the city, and already he was a star.

Later, the Mayor and Sonichu are walking through the mall parking lot. While Sonichu insisted that he would be fine not walking to his car with him, Chris persisted. Eventually Sonichu agreed after the mayor had literally begged on his knee's to.
Sonichu had recognized his voice, but where had he heard it? it bothered Sonichu enough that he had figured if he hang'd out with this "mayor" long enough maybe he would remember, maybe he wasn't a bad guy. The mayor talks to Sonichu in the parking lot,

"Well, Sonichu, I feel this Comic book is my best work yet!" The mayor says, pride in his voice.

The mayor had shown his dreadfully boring "Sonichu Scrapbook" which was a binder full of poorly drawn art of Sonichu

"I-I Think S-So Too?" Sonichu said nervously. Uncertain of what to say. He had found his drawings of himself kind of weird, Sonichu didn't figure he had fans. Sonichu figured at this point he'd humor him.

"But all this creativity, and you are still girlfriend free?" Sonichu remarked sarcastically. The mayor, being autistic, didn't notice his sarcasm.

"It bothers me too," Chis moans "But I never give up! I'll find a boyfriend-free girlfriend around my age yet!" He opens the door to his 1994 Ford Escort, and climbs in. As he is backing out of the parking lot he shouts to Sonichu, "Well I gotta go to Charlottesville's mall to try again!" He drives away as Sonichu shouts to him "Good luck!"

"There he goes with a grin on his face. In the end he'll say, "One Girlfriend please" Sonichu thought to himself, "Because he'll probably fail again..."

That last thought amused Sonichu for some reason.
