Do you know about the "arrest"? Here's their screencaps of the discord logs. From what I can gather, she said she was playing with her little brother, rough housing him I guess. Her parents called the police on her and explained "she's autistic". At some point her dad grabs her forcefully, and she hits him in self defense and hides. From the sounds of it, it sounded like she was taken somewhere. I don't know much about the justice system, let alone for minors. Where would they have taken her? Juvie? She said she wasn't bailed out and that she was just released "because it was a first time assault charge."

I have my doubts any of this is true of course. It's just fucking weird.

If she was arrested, would there be a record? Or because she's a minor, maybe not?

We really need to get someone to rewrite op. There's so much shit here. The timeline is great, but I'd love a detailed post about the people in her life and to see more of the art and videos she makes related to the events the timeline describes.

Lukeriel has been obsessed with birdie for as long as she has been around. In the past he'd edit himself into birdie's weird porn so it included him instead of whoever she was fucking. There's a lot of other weird stuff that he did, but I can't recall it at the top of my head. Recently, he attempted to get into contact with birdie through her (now) exes, jay and racco (he talked to jay after racco and birdie broke up). idk about jay, but he sent racco porn and gross sexual art of his ex covered in cum. he drew himself killing literal minors like birdie's ex charlie, in order to gain birdie's favor. he'd also constantly beg racco have birdie join his servers so that he can talk to her and be friends with her, but (of course) birdie declines every time. he ditched racco once he stopped being friends with birdie, and attempted to move on to jay until he was harassed off of deviantart for being a general creep. there's a lot more stuff that he's done, pretty sure Birdieexposed talks about it, but this twitter account also goes into more detail.

Since their deviantart is deleted I can't grab any screenshots, but I've seen this go down in real time, plus accounts I've heard from other people in various servers. they were a 20 something year old adult who was obsessed with frank sinatra and the "mafia aesthetic". they roleplayed as birdie's characters on ponytown, constantly drew her art, and harassed children on deviantart. there's rumors about them speaking sexually about their sister and shit but I don't know how true that is. similarly to Lukeriel, they'd draw killing art of Charlie and steal their characters (and several other kids on deviantart) in an attempt to get birdie to like them. they'd say weird shit about birdie and other kids like her, talking about how they want to "protect" them and draw art of them taking her to neverland. they were perfectly aware of birdie's actions but chose to ignore them. the only reason why they stopped liking birdie is because birdie's friends began to harass them for being creepy.

I somehow missed this during my first read through of the thread so I'm assuming you mean actual photos? I'd ask if they are of herself or the minor but it doesn't really matter either way; if Birdie is underage and is spreading photos of herself online it still counts as distributing CP even if they are her own nudes, but if she is trading actual photos with the 13-year-old and getting images back then that would definitely make what she's doing even less defensible. Laws regarding CP are a lot more strict than laws pertaining to sexual activity between minors due to them being federal-level, and even kids can be charged for sharing that shit.
